1) I’m not sure about Kash leaving, but the report that Dan Bongino is done cleaning up after Pam Bondi is 100% accurate, and comes after months of frustration. I have this on airtight multiple sourcing.
And Dan isn’t the only one who feels that way…
2/ Both Kash and Dan, for months, have tried to get Pam to understand the importance of full transparency in her department, especially on the Epstein stuff.
For reasons becoming apparent, this has fallen on deaf ears…
3/ Pam has been giving multiple avenues to pursue, and infinite examples of people who need to be brought in front of a special counsel, but she has refused to budge every time.
There’s an interesting NY vs FL thing going on here, too.
4/ Susie Wiles a long standing close and personal friend of Pam’s. In the event Trump would consider keeping Dan (and maybe Kash if he wants out, too) it is likely his Chief of Staff will recommend against it.
Which adds layers of problems…
5/ I don’t think Bongino will be back to the office Monday if something doesn’t happen with Pam, or even a special counsel search announced, perhaps.
This would represent a massive victory for the swamp. And indeed for sex traffickers and pedos.
6/ I’ll conclude for now by reminding everyone how people like Dan Bongino and Kash Patel sacrificed as much as they possibly could for MAGA and Trump, and I’ve no doubt they’ll remain loyal to both regardless of what happens here.
The truth is Pam needs to go, fast.
7/ UPDATE: Matt Gaetz would struggle with Senate confirmation, and to serve as “acting” you need to be at the dept already. But a recess appointment? 😏😏😏
8/ The other thing people fail to understand is that *IF* Trump removes Bondi, and if she is replaced with someone who really wants to haul folks like Acosta in front of a special counsel, that special counsel AND the new AG will need POTUS levels of Secret Service protection.
Maybe more.
9/ Remember, the Alex Acosta sweetheart deal (negotiated by Columbia University’s new lawyer, Jay Lefkowitz—a big Jeb donor) in 2008 has scarcely been probed. All of that needs fresh attention and full transparency.

Everyone I know in the U.S. govt, which is a lot of people, is rushing back to the office right now. As is President Trump.
Whatever they have planned is very big and very real.
Latest I’m hearing is tonight’s urgent national security meetings are to decide next steps in the next few hours. Everything is very minute by minute. No firm decision to enter a war or not yet.
My personal suspicion is that the U.S. will NOT directly enter the war, not tonight at least. I think Trump is too smart for that. But I do think Israel will get a green light to go further. Will Iran have an Ayatollah by week end?
🧵 EXC: President Trump will tonight declare “a message of confidence, strength, and hope,” in RNC speech excerpts I have just received.
“Four months from now, we will have an incredible victory,“ he is expected to say, adding, “I am running to be president for ALL of America, not half of America, because there is no victory in winning for half of America.”
Trump will add: “As you already know, the assassin’s bullet came within a quarter of an inch of taking my life. So many people have asked me what happened, and therefore, I’ll tell you what happened, and you’ll never hear it from me a second time, because it’s too painful to tell.”
More: “To every citizen, whether you are young or old, man or woman, Democrat, Republican, or Independent, black or white, Asian or Hispanic, I extend to you a hand of loyalty and friendship.”
ABOVE THE LAW: Special Counsel Probe Says Biden 'Willfully Retained Classified Material', No Charges Brought Because Joe's an 'Elderly Man With Poor Memory' Who a Jury Wouldn't Convict.
"In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden's memory was worse. He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended ("if it was 2013 - when did I stop being Vice President?"), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began ("in 2009, am I still Vice President?"). He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died. And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him. Among other things, he mistakenly said he "had a real difference" of opinion with General Karl Eikenberry, when, in fact, Eikenberry was an ally whom Mr. Biden cited approvingly in his Thanksgiving memo to President Obama."
"After the vice presidency, Mr. Biden kept these 2 classified notebooks in unsecured and unauthorized spaces at his Virginia and Delaware homes and used some of the notebooks as reference material for his second memoir, Promise Me, Dad, which was published in 2017."
A ghostwriter is also said to have "found" classified material in a rental unit in Virginia, "in a badly damaged box surrounded by household detritus."
Gosh if only someone had gone to this city 6 years ago and made it a major part of their book, warning of what was to come. If only that book was called NO GO ZONES. If only…
The worst thing about being me is all these political neophytes have no idea how long I’ve been doing this and how much I’ve done across dozens of policy areas…
"It is what it is," Trumps says on Newsmax right now.
"They wanna wear you out, which they can never do... I've never seen anything like it... this is third world country... there were tremendous crowds in Atlanta"
"I went through an experience today that I never thought I'd have to go through..."
