A federal investigation just uncovered what many feared:
The U.S. organ transplant system, under past leadership, disregarded the sanctity of human life.
The facts are horrifying.🧵
⚠️ Out of 351 reviewed cases:
– 103 showed serious ethical concerns
– 73 patients had neurological signs incompatible with organ donation
– At least 28 may not have been dead when organ removal began
– Smaller & rural hospitals were most vulnerable
– Families were misled. Deaths misclassified. Consent ignored.
Under the Biden administration? The case was closed without action. Swept under the rug.
Under Secretary Kennedy? It’s being reopened, and justice is on the table.
HHS is now demanding:
🛑 Immediate corrective action
🔍 Full root cause analysis
📉 Threat of decertification for noncompliance
🛡️ Stronger national safeguards for donor families
📢 Real-time reporting of safety stoppages by staff, hospitals, or families
Secretary Kennedy and the Trump administration are cleaning house, restoring ethics, oversight, and the dignity of life.
The MAHA health agenda is about truth, consent, accountability, and protecting the vulnerable.

There are so many redundancies in areas such as HIV/Infection Disease, chronic illness, mental health and other areas. But combining HRSA / OASH / SAMHSA and other areas, you provide a leadership structure that will require the silos to be eliminated.
1a. This basically goes back to the Super Assistant Secretary for Health structure that was prominent decades ago.
Now that the first round of downsizing has happened at @HHSGov - here are some logical next steps to look for (thread);
1. Legislative Audit: HHS programs, throughout all of the divisions, are a mix of; statutorily required, congressionally guided (through report language), and discretionary. If they truly want to continue downsizing, they would identify programs that are congressionally guided and discretionary for the next wave of reductions.
1A. There are several offices created under the Biden Administration that used repurposed money including - Office of Climate Change and Health Equity (OASH) - easy target for elimination.
