David’s Stones vs Gideon’s Chariots

In May 2025, the occupation launched “Gideon’s Chariots,” a full-scale operation meant to break Gaza. The goal was to wipe out Hamas militarily, dismantle its governance, and push civilians south under tank tracks, bombs, and blockade. 🧵

In their scripture, Gideon commanded just 300 men and beat a much larger force through stealth, surprise, and faith.

israel isn’t gideon, they are goliath.they’re F-35s, drone swarms, real-time battlefield surveillance, AI-powered kill chains, cyber warfare, scorched-earth logistics, starvation, and siege.

Palestinians are fighting this Goliath masquerading as a Gideon with their operations they call “Stones of David”

A reference to when Prophet David, a young shepherd with no army or armor, faced Goliath the oppressor.He outmaneuvered Goliath’s overwhelming strength and struck him down with trust in God and a single stone.

In one of the latest Stones of David operations a single fighter took out at least 7 soldiers with trust in God and a single stone of his own.

With a single Shuath explosive he went up against a supposedly impenetrable armored troop carrier with a defense system that fires countermeasures and atleast 7 soldiers that are armed to teeth. But instead of taking it on head on he dropped the shuath in the open hatch and was victorious

Qassam’s spokesperson Abu Obeidah himself said “The Palestinian fighters are hurling David’s stones at Gideon’s chariots.”

And those aren’t just empty words. The resistance is proving it, day after day, on the battlefield.

That line is only secure because of the occupation’s inability in their 2018 special forces operation to compromise it.resulting in the taking of a glock that stayed with sinwar until his martyrdom. A final slap in the face from abu ibrahim from beyond the grave.

And every operation carried out over a secured line are just constant reminders to the occupation of their failures

This is what israel was trying to steal with Gideon’s chariot, just like they used blue triangles, made their own videos with a white watermark in the top left corner, and even made AI blue and white watermelons,
But they can never marketing degree themselves into appearing like the underdogs breaking out of their cage and handing the stronger seemingly unbeatable force humiliation after humiliation.

After all the israelis are the Midianites to Gaza’s Gideon.
The Goliath to Gaza’s David.
And Gaza’s Davids are playing out the story again and again with underground ambushes, IEDs planted underneath the enemy’s nose, coordinated sniper ops, rocket assaults, RPG strikes, and moments of unimaginable bravery.

Every operation not only is a defense of their people, their land,and saving countless palestinian lives lm. But it also tells the occupation your tech won’t save you, tells their people we are still here and we arent going anywhere,and tells the west you won’t bury us quietly.

Before these fighters were using Shuaths as their stone they were children throwing literal stones at tanks and armed soldiers. Palestinians have been Davids for generations, and just like after all that oppression and tyranny Goliath was taken down by David. Every kind of stone has been chipping away at the occupation piece by piece and eventually Goliath will fall to David just as he has throughout history. David v.s Goliath isn’t just a religious story but a pattern woven into the thread of time.
