It was discussed that Muslim MP will demand in Parliament to form a Parliamentary Committee to visit Assam, meet displaced people, and ensure proper rehabilitation.

2. Hate Speech & Hate Crimes
Participants alleged BJP leaders delivered numerous hate speeches, with UP CM Yogi Adityanath cited as the top offender in 2024.
It was discussed that demand will be raised in the Parliament that strict laws be enacted against hate speech and police accountability be ensured

3. Bihar SIR Process
It was asked to all MPs to raise this issue in and outside Parliament.
Madani said that SIR should not become NRC and voting rights of Muslims must not be snatched. Asking for ancestral proof, he said, is dangerous and will harms Muslim voters

The meeting supported caste-based census, calling it necessary and asked all MPs to constantly raise the issue of Caste census

They all criticized the Indian govt for moving away from its historical pro-Palestine stance and stated that humanity in Palestine is under threat.
It was decided to draft a memorandum for the President of India regarding this issue.

Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind is same organization which provide legal support to bomb blast and terror accused. It fought case for Mumbai bomb blast accused and many other terrorists
