Explaining Newjeans' court argument; 👩‍⚖️ a thread of Ador's lies, Hybe's deceit, and a fight for freedom

Before I begin, here's a completed thread of the documented mistreatment from Hybe/Ador up to December 2024

Please note that this is a trial to CONFIRM CONTRACT VALIDITY initiated by Ador/Hybe not a mistreatment case. Meaning that NJZ is proving that their termination is valid due to Ador's treatment

1. NJZ were the biggest victims of the MHJ/ADOR vs Hybe drama. Hybe's targeted removal of their CEO was done with no regards to the careers and future of Newjeans. Hybe had no alternative plans in place and had not even consulted with newjeans before the removal.

2. The court even requested proof from Ador that they had taken Newjeans into consideration during the second trial, however, yesterday, Ador responded NO that they hadn't taken any measures to protect Newjeans' activities before removing MHJ

3. In a audio recording, the new Ador VP, who was put there by Hybe, stated that there was NO plan and that she was overwhelmed

4. MHJ's removal from the role as CEO was a witch hunt because she questioned the similarities between NJZ and another Hybe group. MHJ was carrying out her duty as CEO by internally questioning about the other group. None of the things found during the audit were reasonable cause

5. The official police investigation concluded that Hybe's audit was done with a "predetermined report" meaning that anything Hybe "found" was nothing but confirmation bias on their false claims. The police state the MHJ was acting in the duty of Ador

Meaning that MHJ's removal from Ador & NJZ was unfounded and unreasonable, and created a domino effect that ultimately led to NJZ's termination.

6. The court rejected Ador's Kakao messages as evidence and scolded them for using them in court

7. Hybe initiated the MHJ/Ador audit 5 days before newjeans' comeback. 1700 articles were written causing negative attention towards them and overshadowing their comeback.

8. Sejong (NJZ lawyer) also points out Hybe's obvious media manipulation in regards to the # of articles on Bang P.D's criminal case versus the audit

In March 2024, September 2024, and March 2025, Hanni recounted a story of being in the Hybe company hallway and encountering Ill*t. They initially greeted when entering but when Ill*t was leaving, the manager told the girls to ignore Hanni. *Hanni's admission with text evidence

Hanni never said the name of the group/manager yet Hybe/Belift later confirmed it. In March 2025, Ador would show a clip of the incident that did not match Hanni's story, even after initially saying the video had been deleted. Yesterday, Ador admitted that the OG clip was erased

9. The new Ador's treatment of Hanni during the "ignore her" situation was evidence of the ostracization and difference in treatment of Newjeans by the new team. They branded her publicly to be a liar. How can she or the members feel safe going back?

10. Despite the lies, Sejong says that Newjeans would be willingly to return to Ador if it could be returned to the state it was before Ador began getting rid of their team. Newjeans has always said this. Ador caused this by wrongly dismantling the OG Ador

11. The Newjeans members wrote a petition that spoke of their extreme disinterest in returning to the current Ador (the one where they are ignored, villainized, and have no protection). Comparing returning to fake Ador to telling a bullied kid to return to their bully.
