Delete 99.8% of your digital footprint from the internet.

2/ Delete Google Search Results

Google "Google removal request." Submit a request to remove pages showing your phone number, email, or home address.

1. Kill Background App Refresh (the #1 silent killer)

Settings → General → Background App Refresh

Switch it to "Wi-Fi" or OFF entirely.

2. Audit Location Services (apps are stalking you)

Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services

- Open WhatsApp → Settings → Storage and Data → Manage Storage
- Tap "Larger than 5 MB"
- Sort by size
- Select videos/GIFs you'll never rewatch → Delete

2. Nuke Messages attachments (the silent killer)

- Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Messages
- Tap "Review Large Attachments"
