🧵1/ President Trump has been right on the money (as always) about Fed Chairman Jerome Powell’s monumental mismanagement of the Federal Reserve and our economy. In a January 29, 2025 Truth Social post, the President wrote that “if the Fed had spent less time on DEI, gender ideology, ‘green' energy, and fake climate change, Inflation would never have been a problem.” Below are some examples of Powell’s obsession with DEI while inflation was raging out of control.

8/ In 2021, The Philly Fed had links to program on its website that endorsed critical race theory and advocated for race-based policies: "Racism is really built into our system and it's built in there so strongly that race-neutral policies uphold racism," Jenn Steinfeld of the National League of Cities says on the training. "And I think that's really hard for a lot of policymakers to get that if we keep doing the same thing that we are upholding the racist system. So if you really want to address equity it has to be at the heart of your program."
