🚀 JUST LAUNCHED: NASA and SpaceX just sent Crew-11 to the ISS—marking 25 YEARS of continuous human presence in space.
While Boeing is grounded, Elon Musk delivers.
America is winning in orbit again. Here’s what just happened 🧵
2/ With clouds parting in a perfect “horseshoe,” SpaceX’s Falcon 9 blasted off from Kennedy Space Center carrying:
🇺🇸 NASA’s Zena Cardman & Mike Fincke
🇯🇵 Japan’s Kimiya Yui
🇷🇺 Russia’s Oleg Platonov
It was SpaceX’s 4th crewed mission this year.
3/ This wasn’t just a launch.
It was another reminder that SpaceX is carrying the entire U.S. crewed spaceflight program—after Boeing’s Starliner got benched until 2026.
Two of Crew-11’s astronauts were supposed to fly Boeing. But Boeing couldn't get them up.
4/ Crew-11 is headed to the ISS for 6 months to:
• Run lunar landing simulations
• Study how microgravity affects the body
• Test new tools to prevent eye damage in astronauts
• Receive cargo ships & hardware upgrades
This is prep for the Moon—and Mars.
5/ SpaceX’s Falcon 9 landed safely back at Cape Canaveral.
The Endeavor capsule is on its 6th flight.
NASA’s Ken Bowersox summed it up: “We don’t control everything in space. But this only works because of the excellence of the teams.”
6/ This mission will mark 25 years of uninterrupted human presence in space on Nov. 2.
280 astronauts from 26 countries.
But the ISS is aging. It’ll be deorbited by 2030.
The future? Privatized stations from Axiom, Vast, and SpaceX.
Make Space Great Again.

🚨BREAKING: Corporation for Public Broadcasting announces it will shut down after Trump, Congress cut funding
The CPB—funding arm of NPR and PBS—is shutting down after Trump pulled the plug.
Yes, really. Not "reduced". Gone.
Here’s what just happened 🧵
2/ The CPB confirmed today it will begin “an orderly wind-down of operations” after Congress passed Trump’s rescissions package, cutting its funding entirely.
After nearly 60 years of taxpayer funding, the checkbook is closed.
🚨BREAKING: Trump just moved two U.S. NUCLEAR SUBMARINES after threats from a top Putin ally.
Dmitry Medvedev literally threatened nuclear war.
Trump's response: “Watch your words.”
The era of weakness is over. 🧵
2/ In a late-night post, Trump confirmed he ordered two nuclear subs to deploy “in the appropriate regions” after what he called “foolish and inflammatory statements” by Medvedev.
“Words are very important, and can often lead to unintended consequences.”
Indeed.
3/ Who is Medvedev?
He’s Russia’s former President and now deputy head of Putin’s Security Council. And he’s gone off the rails—posting nuclear threats, mocking peace efforts, and daring Trump to act.
