He inquired with 500 truck drivers, and found out they were averaging just 1-2 orders per day when they could do 4-5!

He QUIT his father's 80 Cr Jewellery Business to sell ornaments 'online'.

Everyone thought he was crazy - many even LAUGHED at him.

But now his business MINTS 3200 CRORE in just REVENUE.

Here's the MIND BLOWINg story behind CARATLANE:

1️⃣ The 80cr in 7 years

Mithun Sacheti was a different man.

He studied Gemology in California, US, and came back to run their family jewellery store. But?

Within 7 years, he made 80 Cr in Revenue and 10 Cr in profit.

His family was impressed. But he wasn't.

2️⃣ "There's no scale"

Sacheti, the 'best performer in the family', was unhappy.

"There was no pace. There was no scale. I wanted to expand,” recalls Sacheti. And "online" seemed to be the best place for it.

That's why he left the business. After taking 74 Lakhs from his father, he started Caratlane, an online jewellery shop in 2008 with Srinivasa Gopalan.

But guess what? Rolls Royce wasn't created by a rich kid of Harvard Grad.

But an uneducated poor boy who spent his childhood delivering newspapers.

Rolls Royce story is more valuable than its car:

If I could call anyone unlucky, it’d be Henry Royce.

At 4 years old, his family went bankrupt. He lost his father when he was 9.

He had to leave school to deliver newspapers to survive.

But how did this uneducated child create the world’s most prestigious car brand?

1️⃣ Uneducated Genius.

Education is of no use if you don't have the hunger for it.

And Henry was not one of them. His poverty didn't impact his curiosity.

At 15, when he got to work at Great Northen Railway as a (child) apprentice thanks to his aunty, he QUIT.
