The median age of a home buyer today is 56.

In 1985, it was 31.

I'm 23 with over 50 short-term rentals... and I only own one of them.

Here's why our generation can't buy a home (& how I'm beating the system):

I grew up in Section 8 housing watching my mom work 60 hour weeks.

She never owned a home.

Turns out we weren't alone...

In 1940, the median home cost 2x the average income.

Today, It's 8x.

Meanwhile, institutional investors bought 1 in 7 homes last year.

How's a 25 year old supposed to compete with BlackRock paying cash?

Here's what nobody tells you:

They changed the rules but didn't tell us.

The old path (college → job → house → retirement) is broken.

Following it is like using a map from 1950 to navigate 2025.

So at 19, I made a decision.

If I couldn't buy property, I'd control it.

• Started with one apartment in St. Louis.
• Rented it for $1,200/month.
• Listed it on Airbnb.

First month profit: $1,800.

That's when it clicked...

Why save for 10 years for a down payment when I could:

• Use other people's properties
• Generate immediate cash flow
• Scale without massive debt
• Build wealth NOW, not at 56

5 months later: 11 properties.

Year 1: $375,000 in revenue.

Today: 56 properties generating $100k+/month.

And we finally just bought our first property this year.

The younger generation didn't get a fair shot at homeownership.

But we're also the most resourceful generation ever.

We just need to play a different game.

And from what I've experienced, Airbnb arbitrage is the best game I can play.
