🧵🧵🧵🧵It would appear @MelTankardReist has been a very busy woman indeed. In Oct 2019, she submitted a proposal to the Australian House of Rep Standing Committee on Social Policy and Legal affairs about Age Verification.

Now, this woman sits as a "shareholder" in a trial for the very things that will lead to "age verification software".

This woman isn't a psychologist, not a sociologist, not even a biologist- she has the laughable degree of "journalism", something my program(biology) and every other STEM one makes fun of.

She has no basic understanding of data and cites herself, as if her writing x amount of books matters, because the books do not get backed up by real global trends, which is also why she is eager to censor and silence. Shall I quickly release 8 books? Perhaps I can get a 9th out before her and she will be forced to listen to me?

In this document, Melinda uses a bunch of anecdotal evidence as well as sites poorly done studies that are all easily debunk or refuted with REAL data, but we all know she only sources things that support her claims, or just makes things up.

This is the same woman who lets her "org" @collectiveshout retweet actual misogynists because they put ZERO thought into what they do and makes outlandish claims like rape games are being targeted to 12 year olds.

They also refuse to acknowledge me as a woman, and on their website label me a man. Basic research- corrected what, 30 times now? still no change or retraction.

THIS is the science they wont listen to, because it does not lead to increase in control from government. In truth, sexual violence around the world is decreasing, even if slowly- though areas importing illegals have increased crime and rapes...hmmm, interesting, isn't it?

This directly contradicts her claim that more people are consuming porn and suddenly there is a rise of sexual violence against women. It just isn't true.

I can link plenty of studies but we know actual facts are not part of Melinda's care. She is anti woman in every sense of the word, and presents it as being hostile towards men, her and her group CONSTANTLY blaming them and will NEVER engage with woman against them. Remember, she threatened to sue a woman in 2012 and was turned into a laughing stock.

And remember, we dissect this because this is who the "progressive" australian government is listening to and who is taking credit for @visa and @mastercard. Either Visa and MC need to sue her and her group, or they are indeed incapable of running their own companies and a bunch of dried up geese long past their primes need to tell them how to enforce their "rules".
