Counsel for Delhi Medical Association: Lordship, we have also given certain concrete suggestions and NTF report which has been filed..... we wanted to respond more on NTF report regrading compensation for the doctors and paramedical workers, which is very much needed...we haven't received the report by NTF also.

Sr Adv Karuna Nundy: I am for group of 25 thousand doctors and I am also for the parents of victims. Thay aspect has gone yo HC and they are considering it, however, status report hasn't been filed, even after 7 months of the directions and CBI is not....we may be coming back here on that.
With regards to NTF report, as Mylords had directed on last occasion, we have all made submissions to NTF. Now presumably next time they will come back on that...

Counsel informs the Court that, as per the Court’s earlier direction, suggestions were to be received by the NTF within six weeks, and the suggestions received during that period have been duly considered and filed.
Order: The NTF is directed to give the response to the reports filed by states and subsequent suggestions made by parties.
