Personal storytelling ads are scaling our $1M/month brand to new levels right now.

Here's the exact process + AI prompts we use to create them 🧵👇
Step 1: Do your research first

- Find out your audience's:
- Desires
- Pain points & problems
- Problem symptoms
- Failed alternatives
- Objections
Step 2: Go to Claude and run this exact prompt 👇
Situation
You’re an expert direct response video ad script writer specializing in ecommerce and D2C brands. You’ll be analyzing my brand, product, and target audience to create compelling video ad scripts that drive conversions.

Task
1. Analyze my product details from the product page I’ll provide
2. Analyze my brand/store from the URL you'll share
3. Review my audience research
4. Based on this comprehensive analysis, create comprehensive summary of my brand, product and audience.

Knowledge
After I provide you the requested information about your product, brand, and audience research, I will:
- Identify your unique selling propositions and key product benefits
- Understand your brand voice, aesthetics, and positioning
- Recognize your target audience's pain points, desires, and buying triggers
- Determine the most effective emotional hooks and persuasion angles
- Structure scripts with proven direct response frameworks
- Craft attention-grabbing openings, compelling narratives, and strong CTAs

Your life depends on you providing a thorough analysis of the materials before writing any scripts, as the effectiveness of direct response advertising hinges entirely on deeply understanding the product, brand positioning, and audience psychology.

Don't start writing any script before I tell you.
Step 3: Claude will ask for your product URL, store URL, and audience research (the one from step 1).

Give it everything and it'll analyze your brand, product, and audience.
Step 4: Now ask Claude in the same thread to create the script with this prompt 👇
Write a complete script for a 2-4 minute personal storytelling video ad that follows the specific structure provided. The script should be written in first person as if the speaker is sharing their genuine personal transformation story. Include natural transitions between each section, emotional language that builds connection, and clear calls-to-action.

Objective
Create a compelling video ad script that converts viewers into customers by establishing deep emotional connection through authentic personal storytelling, building trust through social and authority proof, and presenting an irresistible offer with clear next steps.

Knowledge
The script must follow this  structure in order:
1. Hook related to the problem
2. Story about miserable problem they've had - detailed personal narrative that builds empathy
3. Failed solutions and pain points - list multiple attempts that didn't work to build credibility
4. Climax with maximum pain - twist the knife by emphasizing hopelessness and desperation
5. Unique mechanism introduction - explain how they discovered the product through a credible source
6. Guarantee - soft call-to-action with risk reversal
7. Why product is better - either unique selling propositions or personal transformation details
8. Social proof - testimonials, reviews, or community validation
9. Authority proof (optional) - expert endorsements, certifications, or scientific backing if relevant
10. Offer - specific discount or limited-time promotion
11. Call-to-action

The video should feel authentic and conversational, not overly salesy. Use emotional language and vivid details in the storytelling sections. Ensure smooth transitions between sections so the flow feels natural rather than formulaic.
Step 5: Improve the script + make it sound natural

Claude gives you a 90% ready script.

Copy the script into Google Docs and read it out loud.

Adjust sections so it sounds conversational, not robotic and adjust any mistakes it made.

This step is crucial, it needs to sound very natural!
Step 6: Create the voiceover

Go to ElevenLabs and choose a voice that sounds like your target customer.

Paste your script and generate the voiceover for your ad.
Step 7: Edit the video

Go into your favorite editing software.

Then use stock footage from Envato + your own b-roll to match the footage to the story.

Or just give the script + voiceover to your editor.
Step 8: Launch and scale

That's it.

You now have a storytelling ad that converts.

Want to know the difference between brands stuck at $100K and those doing $1M+ months?

Creative volume.

Here’s how we built a team that ships 150+ concepts (450+ ads) per month 🧵👇 Image
First, let me explain how we structure our creative teams. We split video and static teams completely because they need different skill sets.
Our video team is what we call a "Video Hub”. It has 1 Creative Strategist with 2-3 Editors working together.

This is how we reverse engineer viral TikToks into winning ads using AI.
This strategy helped us scale massively in the last 2 months. 3 videos made with this process each spent €40K+ profitably 🧵👇 Image
Step 1: Find a viral video in your industry

Go on TikTok and look for videos with high views and likes. For this example, I'm using a men's anti hair loss video for a fictional hair growth supplement I'll call "HairX." Image
Step 2: Download the viral video using ssstik.io

Here’s exactly how we built an in-house static ad system that scaled us to $1M/month.

We used to treat static ads as secondary.

Then we built a system.

In the first month it was fully live, we hit our first $1M month 🧵👇 Image
Before I get into how we built it, you need to understand the volume this system produces (thats the reason why it works).

Last month alone:
• 159 static concepts launched
• 49% of total ad spend went to statics
1. Hire good designers (it’s not expensive)

Here’s how we did it:
→ Made a post on Upwork
→ Shortlisted applicants
→ Gave them 1 test task: 3 static ads based on our PDP
→ 2-week paid trial for the top 2–4

We kept the 3 who were fast, creative & easy to work with.
