🧵Here’s what you need to know about the recent FBI “purge”:

The FBI faces a serious issue with insubordination among its executive ranks. Many career bureaucrats disrespect Kash and Dan, some openly mocking them in Bureau spaces. 1/6
These Agents believe they're indispensable and entitled to their recently lost jobs. Often called "rockstars" and "heroes," they think the American voter is the problem. Image
Recently fired Agents will find support on LinkedIn, where they'll be praised for their "service," but no one in their mutual admiration society will ever ask if Americans are satisfied with the service provided. 3/6 Image
If recently “purged” Agents retain their clearances, they will be rewarded with unadvertised positions at Deep State companies like AWS, GE, or a Big Four accounting firm. Image
Some of the Agents may get their job back in four years if the Democrats regain the White House. The Bureau will celebrate their return because the FBI’s definition of integrity is protecting itself and the ordinary men who “just follow orders.” 5/6 Image
Kash and Dan would be wise to leverage every HR tool available to drastically shrink the FBI cancer. If not, these same evildoers will gladly kick in their doors one day on behalf of a future FBI Director Jasmine Crockett. 6/6 Image

🚨🧵 A sudden JOB LOSS can be emotionally and psychologically devastating.

Feelings of betrayal can drive even the toughest individuals into depression.

The FBI whistleblowers can sympathize, so here are our TOP 10 TIPS for handling job loss.
#10. TREAT YOURSELF

You still have a life and a family to lead, so keep doing what made you happy before the loss. Make a home-cooked meal, take your kids to the park, or walk alone on your favorite trail. Phil even found a haircut or coffee with a friend to be rejuvenating. Image
#9. ESTABLISH GOALS

This will be a tough time, so maintaining some normalcy can help manage uncontrollable chaos. Garret began with simple personal goals, like exercising or waking up at the same time each day. Before long, they became a habit.

🚨🧵 Kash Patel will become the next FBI Director this week, and he will quickly discover that he didn't inherit a law enforcement agency but rather a crime scene.

Here are the TOP 10 things soon-to-be Director Patel could consider to start reforming the FBI immediately.
#10. FIRE THE PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES

Chris Wray, and the sycophants he promoted, spent the last 8 years packing the bureau with Marxists, feminists, and recovering drug addicts.

These employees are "20-year mistakes" who will eventually become Andy McCabe. They gotta go. Image
#9. START (SLOWLY) MOVING FBIHQ TO ALABAMA

Washington DC overwhelmingly leans left. Look no further than that Attorney General Pam Bondi had to remove the Biden, Harris, and Garland photos weeks after the election because the maintenance people refused. Image

🧵🧵 HOW TO FIRE AN FBI AGENT: A Seven-Step Playbook for Getting Rid of Problematic Employees

With all the chatter about our upcoming terminations, we thought it would be a good idea to remind Executive Management about some of the, let's say, "tools" at our disposal. (1/16)
Your initial instinct may be to go the "Clearance Suspension" route, but that becomes an issue when the employee hasn't actually done anything wrong. We attempted to use this method on @praywithmarcus, and boy, did it backfire on us! (2/16) Image
If you find yourselves in this situation, then it is best to manufacture frivolous allegations of "poor performance." A Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) will bring about the outcome you desire, so here are some time-tested ideas to help get you there! (3/16) Image

🧵One area that has possibly caused the FBI to become a group of ordinary men who just follow orders is its rapid deterioration of an Agent Dress Code. 1/8

(This is one of the few areas @GOBactual and I disagree on, so you be the judge!) Image
When Hoover's boys showed up to get their man, they carried professionalism and class. There was no dispute that they worked for a well-respected and serious organization. 2/8 Image
Sixty years later, Americans openly mock the FBI because they dress like a bunch of slobs to confront innocent people over their First Amendment-protected speech. 3/8
