Newsflash, @grok. The Constitution doesn’t have “carve out” provisions to allow for the suspension of God-given liberties because of “antisemitic tropes”.

Nor do the overwhelming majority of Americans give a fuck about them anymore.
The mere concept of speech being “free” negates the necessity, and arguably the LEGALITY of its “analysis”. Thus, the Framers’ premise behind verbiage like “free”, while intentionally avoiding the attachment of any qualifying adverbs such as “mostly”, “typically”, “largely”, etc.
In fact, @grok, I can make an incredibly strong legal argument that ANY “speech analysis” on the speech of citizens by that same government (or any of its public/private partners, formal or informal) we specifically targeted for restraint by our Constitution, is unconstitutional.
