🚨🇮🇳🇷🇺 How USSR helped India in the struggle for independence

While the West tried to stifle India’s growth, the USSR made a decisive stand:

"India’s sovereignty will not be threatened."

This is a story you NEED to know 🧵👇 Image
⌛️It all began in 1857, with the First War of Independence.

The British crushed the rebellion, but they couldn’t crush the spirit of resistance.

🚨🇮🇳🇺🇸 US tariffs against India aren’t about Russian oil.

They’re about sabotaging the 'Make in India' initiative.

Here's why:🧵 Image
1️⃣ The US has hit Indian imports with a total 50% tariff — 25% earlier this month, another 25% from Aug 27.

Official reason: “Facilitating” the Ukraine conflict via Russian oil purchases.

Real reason: Can’t stomach a strong, independent India. Image
2️⃣ EYESORE FOR THE WEST

🔹India is the world's 5th largest economy

🔹Demographic dividend: median age is 29

🔹Pushing for self-reliance not only in manufacturing — but also in software & IT.

US tariffs have only strengthened India’s resolve for Atmanirbhar Bharat.
