I was the poster child for unconscious living.

Investment banker, helped businesses raise $500+ million, distinguished degrees.

Had it all by society's standards.

But zero idea who I really was or why I was doing any of it.
Growing up lower-middle-class, I learned I had to outwork everyone.

Those silent judgments cut deep. I internalized: "I'm never enough."

So I became relentless, 11 sports competitively, chased every gold star, pure people-pleaser.
March 2014: Ski accident in the Alps. 3 broken vertebrae.

9 months forced stillness. Everything that "defined" me stopped.

In that silence, the terrifying truth emerged: I wasn't running toward success. I was running from myself.

Stage 6: Development

Life designed with intention becomes a filter for distractions.

Everything aligns with your vision of success.
Stage 7: Discipline

You wield these tools to overcome all obstacles.

Neural pathways entrench with full faith in fulfilling your purpose.

You become master of your inner world.
Stage 8: Expansion

You access flow states at will.

That zone of effortless performance, full expression, deep immersion.
