Crazy #geopolitics when India's @VikramMisri is in Kathmandu, Wang Yi is in New Delhi and Ukraine’s Zelenskyy would be in Washington DC. Present geopolitical games in Kathmandu are more or less related to Ukraine and the possible regional/world war: 1/13

Nepali media widely advertised about @kpsharmaoli's India visit. But the PRs from both @MofaNepal and @MEAIndia mentioned "on a mutually convenient date". This leaves the date field as open for speculations and can also mean the visit may never happen. 2/13

If the date was agreed upon by both parties, the phrasing would have been completely different.

Until a Nepali @PM_nepal_ visits India, it's believed @PMOIndia has not yet supported his/her government. At present times, India may not be the greatest political influencer in Nepal, but should @PMOIndia decide to take extreme measures she can harm @PM_nepal_ Nepal too 4/13

badly. Consider 90% of economy including both industries and service sectors are dependent on India, Indians and people of Indian origin. Nepali state considers these people of Indian origin as second class people. 5/13

Durga Prasain who publicly mentions @PMOIndia is on his side, the man who wants to bring @GBBShah back to power announces about his decision to launch his own party right when @VikramMisri is in town. A famous Hindi saying goes, “loha loha kaat ta hai” (iron cuts iron). 6/13

With his sharp comedy skills, Prasain (and perhaps only him at present time) has the ability to outshine @kpsharmaoli's comic flair and draw massive crowds to the streets, probably the only person who can draw crowds on the streets. 7/13

Madhesh need not support or reject any type of -cracy at least for the time being. Madhesh needs to carefully keep an eye on any developments on this matter.
Out of all the above coincidences the most important event happens in India (probably Delhi). 8/13

The Kumar of Raj Dharbhanga - Kumar Kapileshwor Singh, son of the last King of Darbhanga, meets Dr. Karan Singh of the Jammu & Kashmir Royal family. The reason why this is so important and the timing of this picture coming out today (meeting date is unknown yet) is 9/13

the role of Karan Singh in the EPG report that was finalized by himself and claims to have addressed the unresolved issues between India and Nepal. With Karan’s meeting with Kapileshwor, it is pretty much explicable that Karan has been enlightened on the history of 10/13

Darbhanga/Mithila and its historical regional reach and influence and how/why the British initially carved the princely state’s geography, besides Awadh’s, that he was previously unaware of. 11/13

It may be expected that after this meeting, Karan would have his mind changed on how he incorrectly drafted the EPG report and would even probably himself recommend the government of India to reject that report 12/13

or may be he would withdraw it. This will open a window for renegotiations and drafting of new report in the best interests of the sects who are most affected at the borders! 13/13
