Marcus Rashford: "I feel very good. Everything is new and very good. I'm still adapting, but yes, it's a beautiful city. I'm living my time here with great excitement." @sport
Rashford: "Every moment of a career is crucial. For me, this is another challenge. I'm here because this is what I want. My goal is to win."
Rashford: "Whether I see myself leaving my mark here? Yes, for sure. But I also think that in such a historic institution, every footballer only plays a small part. It would be great for me to contribute to that history. But, as you say, this is a loan for now, so I have to take it day by day, do my best, and enjoy the journey."
Rashford: "How the dressing room is treating me? When they joke around, they call me 'sweetie' (chuche). I don’t know what it means, but it's funny when they call me that [laughs]. Yes, yes, they know I'm trying to learn Spanish. I think it's important for me to learn as soon as possible. So it's stimulating. You're always learning, and that's a good thing."
Rashford: "How I felt in Mallorca? It was good, a new but enjoyable experience. The more I play in this league, the better I'll be. And it was also good to start the season with a win. It's true the game was strange, with two red cards. But winning was important."
Rashford: "How I think I'll adapt? You never know for sure, but from the start I've felt comfortable. On the pitch, of course, I'll keep learning more with every match. But the starting point is very good. The more matches come, the more I'll learn. Barça is the easiest place to enjoy and learn football."
Rashford: "There are fewer spaces in Spain, but I think the match against Mallorca was an extreme case, you know? Because they had two players sent off, so they put everyone on the defensive line. But not every match will be the same. When I played in England, you could prepare a lot for a match, but football is football, and that's why we all love this sport, because anything can happen at any moment. So I think, as a forward, you just have to be ready, know how to read the opponent, adapt, and of course, the spaces are tighter, so you have to think fast and move."
Rashford: "Lamine Yamal? He's a top talent, a top player. The most surprising thing is how mature he is for his age. How he thinks and plays. He's way beyond his years. It's exciting to play with him and with others too. I'm adapting to the change of environment, rhythm, and football, and the best place to do that is on the pitch. I'll make mistakes, but I'll also learn a lot and improve. The quality of the players helps a lot and, as I said before, the easiest place for me to learn is on the pitch."
Rashford: "Can Lamine Yamal win the Ballon d'Or? Yes, for sure. If he doesn’t win it this year, he'll win it in the future. Dembélé, Raphinha, they all deserve it. It's hard to pick just one, but they're all mature and have had fantastic seasons. Lamine is so young that he'll definitely win it."
Rashford: "How is Lamine like? As a person, he's an 18-year-old kid, always having fun, laughing, joking with others. It's inspiring to be in a dressing room with so many young players. It reminds me of when I was his age… And yes, he's the most talented for his age that I've played with. I haven't played with or seen anyone with the impact he has on the game. Maybe Ronaldo Nazario, 'O Fenómeno'. To have that influence on the pitch at such a young age and so consistently is incredible. He has a long career ahead, and I hope he maintains his level and even improves."
Rashford: "Was Ronaldo Nazario my idol? Yes, he was one of my favorite players to watch when I was young, and I still like to watch some of his old matches. The striker position has changed a lot. But for me, he's my favorite number nine."
Rashford: "My greatest strength? I think my movement behind the defense. But, you know, I can do many different things. I can do a lot and enjoy the game, though the most fun part is scoring and assisting goals. My main reason is to win. And to be consistent I need to be happy, because that's when I play my best football."
Rashford: "Can this team win the Champions League? Yes, for sure. Not only the Champions League, but everything. They had a great season last year. Now it's about forgetting it, trying to repeat it, and doing even better."
Rashford: "I don't see why we couldn't win every trophy we're competing for. For me, the team is ready to win. I just want to help the team however I can. The season is long and football is unpredictable, but the team and staff have the strong mentality to face any challenge."
Rashford: "What makes Pedri so special? If you didn't know his age, you'd think he's 28 or 29 because he's very mature and understands the game perfectly. He plays at his own pace and that makes it easy for forwards to play with him."
Rashford: "La Masia players always stepping up? I think it's a cultural thing, because clearly they have the ability, but with young players sometimes what makes the difference is the mentality, that they believe they can go out and play against the best in the world and show the same quality. If you see the technique and enthusiasm of these young players, it's clear they have the ability to play at the highest level. But it's not a surprise, because we know La Masia has produced many elite talents."
Rashford: "Is Dro ready already? Look, you never really know when young players are ready until they play. But from what I see in training, he's ready to play, ready to help the team, and I think he's already shown it. And not only Dro, but also the other young players."
Rashford: "What is Flick like? He's a very direct coach. That's important, especially with so many young players in the team, where guidance has to be clear. His motivation is very high to do better than last season. That's the main reason to believe the team will be successful. He's a special coach who knows how to work with special players. I'm excited."
Rashford: "For me personally… Football is my life. You know? It's been my life since I was very, very young. I don't really know anything else. So the bond I have, not only with my career but with the sport in general, is enormous and I don't expect it to go away. But yes, it's always good to be happy when you play football. It’s the reason I started this."
Rashford: "How living in tough neigbourhoods in Manchester was like? For me it was normal [smiles]. I grew up in that environment, so I don't remember it being so difficult. I know for my parents maybe it was harder. But for me, it was normal. All my friends were from the same neighborhood, we were always together. And, you know? That was my normal life."
Rashford: "What my mother means to me? Someone very important. What she gave me and my siblings, I'll never be able to repay. She knows how grateful and happy we are, and that makes me very happy."
Rashford: "Helping disadvantaged children in England? I try to improve what they already have. For me, children are the future of the country, of the world. So it's our duty, as adults, to protect them and give them the opportunity to be the best they can be."
Rashford: "Favourite word in Spanish? Equipo."
Rashford: "Who is the funniest player in the dressing room? Gavi."
Rashford: "Whether I've already been pranked as a rookie? No, not yet. I hope not."
Rashford: "What does my celebration mean? It's simply mentality."
Rashford: "Who is the best-dressed player in the team? Koundé, maybe."
Rashford: "Who do I think is the most underrated player at Barça? It's difficult, everyone is very good. But for what he does for the team, I'd say Frenkie."
Rashford: "Who is the most talented player I've played with? Lamine."
Rashford: "Which defender has been the toughest for me on the pitch? So far, I'd say Van Dijk."

Víctor Font (former Presidential candidate): "Three years in office, three sporting directors, three coaches, 30 signings of which only eight are in the squad. We signed Olmo and we say that Gündo has left for sporting reasons. Why are we deceiving people?" Via @sport
Font: "It has been a disappointing summer, full of broken promises, half-truths and also lies."
Font: "All the registrations this summer come through exceptions to the rules. What would have happened if Christensen and Araújo had not been injured? How would we have registered Dani Olmo and Iñigo?"
🚨 Live thread: Lionel Messi's exclusive interview with SPORT and Mundo Deportivo.
🚨 Messi: "I will not return to Barcelona, I will join Inter Miami."
🚨 Messi: "I really wanted to return, I was very excited to be able to return, but, on the other hand, after having experienced what I experienced when I left, I didn't want to be in the same situation again. I didn't want to leave my future in someone else's hands."
🚨 Xavi Hernández: "Marcos Alonso needs continuity in the left-back position. Today we wanted to open the left-wing for him so that Ferran could play more centrally. For me, Marcos is a guarantee and he has my absolute trust."
Xavi: "We have had a great season, remarkable, but we must strengthen ourselves to compete for all titles. We need two powerful players per position."
Xavi: "I don't know if it was the last game for some players, we will try to maneuver, but for the moment we are on 'stand by'. This week will be key for planning."
🚨🎙️ Xavi Hernández: "Messi has the doors open here. I know that he will help us if he decides to come, but perhaps we have to leave him alone now. He told me that he will make a decision next week. I want him back 100%." @mundodeportivo
@mundodeportivo Xavi: "Messi can adapt to many positions. He can play as a winger, he can play as an interior, he can play as a false nine. I think we lack some talent in the final third and Leo always gives it to you."
@mundodeportivo Xavi: "Leo is also a natural leader, he would adapt perfectly to the circumstances, he has been captain of this club, he has been the best player in history and obviously of this club."
🚨🎙️ Gerard Piqué: "Jordi, we've had very similar careers. I also left. We have a special relationship, we had some very good times." @FCBtv
@FCBtv Piqué: "Alba forgets jokes very quickly, it's not like Busquets. When I fooled him, he wanted to have payback immediately. Busi waited 10-15 days (laughs)."
@FCBtv Piqué: "Jordi is one of the best persons I've met."
