1/The media calls recently fired FBI agent Walter Giardina a martyr.

I call him the tip of the spear in a weaponized FBI campaign to take down Donald Trump—and imprison me.🧵 Image
2/ Giardina wasn’t just “doing his job.”

He was there at every anti-Trump lawfare OP. Image
3/ In 2016, whistleblowers say Giardina vouched for Hillary’s phony Steele Dossier.

Whistleblowers say he called it “corroborated”—even though its most explosive claims were unverified and false.

Giardina’s lies or incompetence triggered Crossfire Hurricane – the “Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax.”Image
4/ Crossfire gave the FBI cover to spy on Trump’s campaign and set the table for Mueller’s witch hunt.

Giardina joined that team too.

Later, Giardina's laptop was mysteriously wiped clean say whistleblowers —shades of Hillary, who lost thousands of her emails while under federal investigation. Gone.Image
5/ Giardina was also involved in the “Crimson River” bogus claim that Egypt funneled $10 million into Trump’s 2016 campaign.

The "Egypt, Egypt, Egypt Hoax" was conveniently leaked to the Washington Post before the 2024 election.

Lawfare is as lawfare does. Image
6/ @ChuckGrassley – on a mission to out the Dems’ weaponization of our justice system – revealed Giardina’s heavy involvement and that the Egypt case was marked “Prohibited Access” to keep it walled off from internal oversight. Image
7/ Giardina abused the Constitution’s Emoluments Clause probe, say whistleblowers, to license another fishing expedition with no predicate.

The result: headlines tailored for a Deep State takedown. More smokescreens. More lawfare. Image
8/ Then came Arctic Frost—the January 6 dragnet. Phones seized. President Trump and Mike Pence targeted. @DrJohnEastman, @JeffClarkUS, and @RudyGiuliani persecuted.

Once again, whistleblowers and Senate records say Giardina a key player. Image
9/ In 2022, Giardina came for me.

I stood on 200 years of executive privilege—settled DOJ policy for White House advisers.

No matter. Giardina put me in handcuffs anyway. Image
10/ FBI choreographed the arrest in chilling detail: surveillance, iCloud data, media prep.

Media tipped off in advance—Giardina and four armed FBI agents ambushed me and my fiancée at Reagan National Airport.

No lawyer. No call. Just cuffs and leg irons. Image
11/ My fiancée wasn’t charged. Wasn’t a witness. Yet, she was collateral damage.

I will never forget the sight of her being perp-walked as part of the circus arrest Giardina staged for maximum humiliation.

Nor will I forgive him. Image
12/ Internal FBI emails released by @ChuckGrassley show it was all scripted.

“Media attention is anticipated.”

One now-former anti-Trump FBI agent, Timothy Thibault, replied: “Wow. Great.”

Even the Obama-appointed judge in my case, Amit Mehta—no friend of mine—questioned the ambush.Image
Image
13/ For too long, a corrupt faction inside federal law enforcement believed it could decide who governed—and destroyed those who resisted.

That’s not justice. That’s tyranny. Image
14/ Firing Giardina is not enough.

If there’s no accountability for what he did—for what they did—they’ll do it again.

To President Trump.
To me.
To YOU.

Count on it. Image
15/ Get the rest of the Giardina story in my new Breitbart piece.

Lawfare on steroids.

🧵What do textiles teach us about globalism?

I talked about this recently at an event hosted by @NCTO.

In 1973, the denim in virtually every pair of blue jeans, in America and around the world, was made in Greensboro, N.C. Image
2/ Then came multiple trade shocks from these weapons of jobs destruction:

- Sweatshop labor
- Subsidized foreign capital
- Pollution havens
- IP theft
- Currency manipulation Image
3/ Wave after wave came from this globalist tsunami:

The Asian Tigers (Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan) in the 1970s.

Deng Xiaoping’s so-called reform and opening of China in 1978.

NAFTA in the 1990s.

China’s obscene 2001 entry into the World Trade Organization. Image

.@POTUS & @TheJusticeDept are cracking down on the Big Meat cartel.

DOJ alleges Agri Stats' business model facilitates cartel pricing sticking American families with the bill. Image
When the bench trial begins on May 4, @TheJusticeDept will explain how Agri Stats, a number crunching data service, turns confidential competitor data into actionable market intelligence that helps dominant processors stabilize or raise prices.

justice.gov/atr/case/us-v-…
The case portrays Agri Stats as a coordination hub—giving meat processors a window into their rivals’ operations not to compete harder, but to compete less. Image

🧵Every so often, what looks like a defeat proves to be a strategic WIN.

The Supreme Court’s ruling on IEEPA tariffs is one of those moments.

The court acknowledged that President Trump retains broad and powerful authority under numerous other statutes to impose tariffs. Image
President Trump is already using Section 232 for national security tariffs on steel, aluminum and, potentially, critical minerals.

Section 301 against unfair trade practices like China’s.

Section 201 safeguards against foreign solar panels.

Now a Section 122 15% global surcharge.

The statutory backbone remains strong.Image
Countries that have been ripping us off for years won’t be dancing for long.

The tools remain, and the statutory footing beneath them is now clearer.

President Trump has noted that he has been “very modest” in his initial ask of trading partners.

That restraint is over. Image

🧵 TRILLIONS of dollars of investment commitments, foreign and domestic, are already flowing in to build factories in the United States. Image
.@Bloomberg asked me about the timeline for new manufacturing jobs.

Here’s the math: For a new factory in this country, ready to create manufacturing jobs, it takes about two to three years.

There is initially a construction boom – that’s happening right now – and then the factory jobs appear.Image
That’s the timeline. That’s the math. And that’s how reshoring actually works.

Rome wasn’t built in a day, but the trajectory of the U.S. economy and job creation is a beautiful thing.

Trust in Trump. Image

Charles J. Kirk will go down in history as the most effective political organizer in presidential politics in the last 50 years.

His achievement stands out not only for its scale but for its difficulty:

Persuading and mobilizing a generation long presumed to be Democrats’ property. 🧵Image
2/ To understand Kirk’s accomplishment, it helps to measure him against two of the last half-century’s most consequential organizers:

Ralph Reed and David Axelrod.

Each built durable models for mobilization—but each worked with coalitions already inclined to their parties. Image
3/ Ralph Reed burst onto the scene in the 1990s as head of the Christian Coalition.

His genius was mobilizing evangelicals—already aligned with Republicans but not habitual voters—into a disciplined political army.

Reed helped deliver the GOP House majority in 1994 and the presidency to Bush in 2000.Image

🧵 India’s keyboard minions are hijacking X’s Community Notes to bury the facts.

They’re furious about losing unfettered access to U.S. markets—even as India, the Maharaja of Tariffs, keeps some of the world’s highest trade barriers. Image
2/ I posted the facts:

•India’s sky-high tariffs cost U.S. jobs.
•India buys Russian oil purely to profit.
•Those revenues fuel Putin’s war machine.

Frenzied Indian partisans swarmed—and cobbled together a flimsy Community Note to protest the truth. Image
3/ Their source for the Community Note? An article from The Times of India. Archived here ➡️ archive.is/HxBYQ

But the article proved me right, admitting:

👉India’s imports from Russia hit $67 billion in 2024—$53 billion of that was crude oil.

👉In 2021, before Ukraine: India’s total imports from Russia were just $8.7 billion.

That’s nearly an 8x jump.Image
