1/The media calls recently fired FBI agent Walter Giardina a martyr.
I call him the tip of the spear in a weaponized FBI campaign to take down Donald Trump—and imprison me.🧵
2/ Giardina wasn’t just “doing his job.”
He was there at every anti-Trump lawfare OP.
3/ In 2016, whistleblowers say Giardina vouched for Hillary’s phony Steele Dossier.
Whistleblowers say he called it “corroborated”—even though its most explosive claims were unverified and false.
Giardina’s lies or incompetence triggered Crossfire Hurricane – the “Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax.”
4/ Crossfire gave the FBI cover to spy on Trump’s campaign and set the table for Mueller’s witch hunt.
Giardina joined that team too.
Later, Giardina's laptop was mysteriously wiped clean say whistleblowers —shades of Hillary, who lost thousands of her emails while under federal investigation. Gone.
5/ Giardina was also involved in the “Crimson River” bogus claim that Egypt funneled $10 million into Trump’s 2016 campaign.
The "Egypt, Egypt, Egypt Hoax" was conveniently leaked to the Washington Post before the 2024 election.
Lawfare is as lawfare does.
6/ @ChuckGrassley – on a mission to out the Dems’ weaponization of our justice system – revealed Giardina’s heavy involvement and that the Egypt case was marked “Prohibited Access” to keep it walled off from internal oversight.
7/ Giardina abused the Constitution’s Emoluments Clause probe, say whistleblowers, to license another fishing expedition with no predicate.
The result: headlines tailored for a Deep State takedown. More smokescreens. More lawfare.
8/ Then came Arctic Frost—the January 6 dragnet. Phones seized. President Trump and Mike Pence targeted. @DrJohnEastman, @JeffClarkUS, and @RudyGiuliani persecuted.
Once again, whistleblowers and Senate records say Giardina a key player.
9/ In 2022, Giardina came for me.
I stood on 200 years of executive privilege—settled DOJ policy for White House advisers.
No matter. Giardina put me in handcuffs anyway.
10/ FBI choreographed the arrest in chilling detail: surveillance, iCloud data, media prep.
Media tipped off in advance—Giardina and four armed FBI agents ambushed me and my fiancée at Reagan National Airport.
No lawyer. No call. Just cuffs and leg irons.
11/ My fiancée wasn’t charged. Wasn’t a witness. Yet, she was collateral damage.
I will never forget the sight of her being perp-walked as part of the circus arrest Giardina staged for maximum humiliation.
Nor will I forgive him.
12/ Internal FBI emails released by @ChuckGrassley show it was all scripted.
“Media attention is anticipated.”
One now-former anti-Trump FBI agent, Timothy Thibault, replied: “Wow. Great.”
Even the Obama-appointed judge in my case, Amit Mehta—no friend of mine—questioned the ambush.
13/ For too long, a corrupt faction inside federal law enforcement believed it could decide who governed—and destroyed those who resisted.
That’s not justice. That’s tyranny.
14/ Firing Giardina is not enough.
If there’s no accountability for what he did—for what they did—they’ll do it again.
To President Trump.
To me.
To YOU.
Count on it.

🧵 India’s keyboard minions are hijacking X’s Community Notes to bury the facts.
They’re furious about losing unfettered access to U.S. markets—even as India, the Maharaja of Tariffs, keeps some of the world’s highest trade barriers.
2/ I posted the facts:
•India’s sky-high tariffs cost U.S. jobs.
•India buys Russian oil purely to profit.
•Those revenues fuel Putin’s war machine.
Frenzied Indian partisans swarmed—and cobbled together a flimsy Community Note to protest the truth.
3/ Their source for the Community Note? An article from The Times of India. Archived here ➡️ archive.is/HxBYQ
But the article proved me right, admitting:
👉India’s imports from Russia hit $67 billion in 2024—$53 billion of that was crude oil.
👉In 2021, before Ukraine: India’s total imports from Russia were just $8.7 billion.
🧵 One FBI. Two bad apples. BOTH from the same family.
Recently fired Special Agent Walter Giardina — who orchestrated my wrongful arrest — and his FATHER-IN-LAW former FBI Deputy Director Larry A. Potts.
This is the chilling saga of 2 disgraced agents linked by blood who have forever stained the Bureau’s reputation.
2/ Bad apple Larry Potts was FBI’s #2, demoted after two of the deadliest failures in Bureau history: Ruby Ridge and Waco.
3/ At Ruby Ridge, Potts was in the oversight chain when the FBI adopted special “rules of engagement” stating: “Any armed adult male… could and should be shot.”
🧵🚨 U.S. v. Peter Navarro is a landmark case of first impression. At stake: executive privilege & the very doctrine of constitutional separation of powers. This is SCOTUS-level “good law” waiting to be settled.
DOJ flipped position on Friday and it's HUGE -- Keep reading now!
Tip of the cap to @kyledcheney for flagging DOJ’s latest filing — where Trump’s DOJ flipped sides in support of @realpnavarro. But shame on @AP, @Reuters, @washingtonpost, @Law360, @business, & @CourthouseNews for ignoring this critical story.
Key Issue #1 ➡️ Do senior White House advisors have absolute testimonial immunity?
For more than 50 years, DOJ policy said YES. Biden’s weaponized DOJ flipped that precedent to put Navarro in prison. NOW SCOTUS must step in.
1/ President Trump’s 50% tariffs on Indian imports are now in effect.
This isn’t just about India’s unfair trade—it’s about cutting off the financial lifeline India has extended to Putin’s war machine. 🧵
2/ Here’s how the India-Russia oil mathematics works:
American consumers buy Indian goods while India keeps out U.S. exports through high tariffs and non-tariff barriers.
India uses our dollars to buy discounted Russian crude.
3/ Indian refiners, with their silent Russian partners, refine and flip the black-market oil for big profits on the international market – while Russia pockets hard currency to fund its war on Ukraine.
1/ The Wall Street Journal has been waging war on Trump’s tariffs since day one—predicting a “Navarro Recession,” runaway inflation, and economic collapse.
They’ve been WRONG every time.
Here are the top 5 myths they’ve pushed.
Let’s SHATTER them. 🧵
2/ Myth #1 — “Tariffs Are a Tax on Americans”
– The Myth the WSJ Doesn’t Want to Let Die
The WSJ said prices would spike.
Reality: Exporters absorbed the tariffs. No sticker shock on Asian electronics and European autos.
3/ Myth #2 — “Tariffs Create Chaos”
The WSJ confuses leverage with volatility.
It’s true that it’s not business as usual: America is WINNING now.
Tariffs forced deals that milquetoast diplomacy couldn’t dream of:
• The EU agreed to cut industrial tariffs & open ag markets.
• Japan pledged $350 billion to rebuild U.S. supply chains.
• Korea’s Hyundai/Kia investing billions in U.S. EV & battery plants.
