In July 2023, RFK Jr. was condemned as antisemitic for saying the U.S. is developing ethnically targeted bioweapons.

In March 2019 — four years earlier — Jeffrey Epstein said the same thing to a European arms official.

The difference: Epstein had operational reasons to know.

He's iMessaging a senior OSCE official — the 57-member-state body that monitors arms control across Europe.

Epstein describes warfare evolving century by century: physics → biology → information.

"Next is personal level. So attacking only blue eyed people becomes possible. Or those with Jewish genes. Also soon possible."

The official replied: "Crazy."

Epstein didn't say it was wrong. He said it was coming.

2/ In 2001, Congressman Dennis Kucinich introduced H.R. 2977 — the Space Preservation Act.

For the first time in U.S. history, the word "chemtrails" appeared explicitly in a government document.

The provision was quietly removed in later revisions.

Kucinich was dismissed as fringe. His warning was a legislative blueprint.
