🧵 Doctors are furious that RFK Jr. touched mammography.

But the Cochrane Collaboration — medicine's gold standard — found that for every woman mammography saves, 10 are unnecessarily treated.

The outrage is real. It's just aimed in exactly the wrong direction. 👇

1/ 🔬 When the USPSTF grades mammography, it grades a detection procedure.

It does not grade:
— Reducing inflammation
— Carcinogen/exposome factors
— Immunological status
— Altering microRNA expression
— Changing the epigenetic terrain

Detection ≠ Prevention.

This is the foundational category error of modern oncology.

2/ 📊1.3 MILLION American women were overdiagnosed by mammography over 30 years.*

Treated for cancers their bodies were already containing.

Subjected to surgery, radiation, and hormone suppression.

Counted as "survivors" of a disease that never threatened their lives.

🚨1/ A bacterium living in your gut right now is degrading polyethylene plastic.

Not surface erosion. True mineralization — converting one of the most chemically inert and universally contaminating (e.g. microplastic) materials humanity has ever made back into CO₂ and biomass.

B. subtilis doesn't detoxify individually.

It detoxifies socially.

When exposed to pyrethroids, colonies secrete a signaling peptide. When enough cells register the threat collectively — a quorum — they switch on the detoxification genes together.

The microbe confers before it acts.

The operation began in 2018 in Room 216 of a co-working space above a pub in Brixton, South London.Three people besides Morgan McSweeney were allowed to work from that room. One of them was Imran Ahmed.

Together they founded the Center for Countering Digital Hate.

3/ The £849,429

CCDH was built on £849,429 in undisclosed donations to Labour Together that the UK Electoral Commission was never told about.The money flowed between June 2017 and March 2020 — the exact window in which McSweeney engineered Starmer's rise to the Labour leadership.
