Over 32 things I think at the end of NFL preseason games:

1) Keon Coleman and Josh Palmer are both incredible values.

Joe Brady loves outside vertical routes to create space for crossing routes. Coleman and Palmer have been the healthiest receivers in camp.

Robbie Chosen spent his entire career as a vertical threat. In 2020, Brady added crossing routes into his tree and Chose delivered a career best 95-1,096 year.
2) Dalton Kincaid isn’t going to happen.
3) Stefon Diggs, DeMario Douglas, and TreVeyon Henderson are primed for incredible passing volume.

The passing back and slot role in Josh McDaniels offense have been well discussed. Henderson’s speed and the underneath prowess of Douglas and Diggs can invert the roles, pushing volume to WRs, save wear on Henderson, and create splash plays downfield.
4) Breece Hall is going to have a “Josh Jacobs Shut Down” special.

The organization has told him what they think. Getting to free agency healthy is priority.
5) Arian Smith
6) Braelon Allen is your last best chance at ~250 touches in fantasy leagues.

Allen is a monster and had a great camp. He compliments Justin Fields ability to stress defenses on the edge from the QB position.
7) The Dolphins are on a death march.

Complaining about opponents physicality in back to back scrimmage weeks. A depleted O-Line. Health concerns at QB. A star WR that could be traded. Image
8) The Bengals offense remains a Wagon.

Take the layups.
9) Rashod Bateman hits 1,000 yards.

Isaiah Likely has missed almost all of the preseason. Zay Flowers has missed time. But Bateman has been there.

A former 1st round pick, Bateman received a new contract this offseason.

In 2024 he proved himself a consistent contributor. In 2025 he will he gameplanned more heavily.
10) All the DK Metcalf

Aaron Rodgers was better than many realize in 2024, his numbers were inline with his final Packers season and he closed strong as QB14 following the Davante Adams trade.

Arthur Smith’s history and Metcalf’s past boom-bust nature plus Rodgers rep suppresses his value.

Metcalf should see career high volume.
11) Harold Fannin Jr.

The Browns have David Njoku to do the dirty work and no reliable third receiver / slot presence.

Fannin Jr. is perfectly positioned for volume, plus has the ability to carry the seam. The Browns are going to be playing from behind all year.
12) Jerry Jeudy is priced at his floor.

Jeudy was WR6 following the Amari Cooper trade.

He’s going as WR32 in ADP

So many are concerned about the boom off the Denver game, or Cleveland in general that the ignore he was WR6 following the Amari Cooper trade.
13) Tyler Warren or bust.

None of Indianapolis’s targets hold the ceiling of Warren.

Jonathan Taylor is good enough that Daniel Jones’s primary job is to not actively lose games. Enter Warren. Warren’s massive frame and deceptive after the catch ability pair perfectly with a passing game where rule 1 is “Don’t screw it up.”

The WRs are exceptionally talented, but likely serve to hold each other back given the depth of the room and shallow overall passing volume.
14) Cam Ward is HIM

Did I just say that? I have been turning my hat backward more. Dad mode activated.

The Titans have one of the best offensive lines in football. Ward is a maniac, first in the building, hyper athletic.

The overall talent in the roster was not 1.01 bad, but their QB situation did actively lose games.
15) Calvin Ridley and Chig Okonkwo

Both could be Top 10 in targets for their respective positions.

Ridley was WR16 following the DeAndre Hopkins trade. Okonkwo was TE6 during the fantasy playoffs.

WR30 and TE22 in ADP.

KISS principle.
16) Travis Hunter

Either 1) you think Liam Coen is an idiot, and in that case the team is a total avoid or 2) he’s going to allow Hunter to do what he does best.

Worry about targets, not snap shares.
17) Jacksonville is likely to play 2 or 3 RBs frequently.

Good luck picking which 2 and if it’s 3 you shouldn’t care.
18) Xavier Worthy is inevitable.

Worry less about what the overall efficiency metrics from his rookie season say and more about Andy Reid, one of the sharpest minds in football, scheming ways to get the fastest player in the NFL the ball nearly double digit looks.
19) We may never have an opportunity to stack prime Patrick Mahomes with top pass catchers at this much of a discount again.

Depending on your site, you could wait till the 4th round and still have Worthy, Rashee Rice, Isiah Pacheco, and Patrick Mahomes.

We should probably do that.
20) Isiah Pacheco closed the 2024 draft season at a 2nd round ADP.

He’s pretty much locked into the 6th or 7th round now.

Nothing changed about the theory from 2024.

Leave every draft with him.
21) Dant’e Thornton is fast enough to give 13 fantasy points on any touch.

He’s playing every down.

He’s going 199 overall.

If he’s nothing, you lose nothing.
22) There’s a chance Bo Nix is Drew Brees with 500 rushing yards.

Nix was QB7 as a rookie.

He’s QB8 in ADP.

The Broncos added Evan Engram, RJ Harvey, and JK Dobbins. Their TEs and RBs were zeros in the pass game in 2024.
23) Omarion Hampton is the best pick in the 3rd round of fantasy drafts.

He gained steam following Najee Harris’s injury, but stalled into the middle of Round 3.

Harris will be back, but Hampton has been as advertised or more.

Dobbins played 13 games in 2024. He had 6 RB1 weeks.

Hampton has an immediate Top 5 RB ceiling.
24) Quentin Johnston is a steal in bestball.

He’s an every down player, locked in as the starting X who had a great camp.

He’s going 50 spots after Tre Harris, who starts the year as WR5.

Free money with double digit TD upside.
25) Jahan Dotson

Dotson tried to jump on a moving train in 2024. A late camp trade for a young WR is hard.

He’s had an excellent camp, playing in AJ Brown’s spot.

Brown has missed a month of practice and Dotson’s play has the Eagles talking about more 3 WR sets.

The Eagles don’t mess around with spreading targets like Arthur Smith. The feed their guys. In Brown’s injury lingers or Devonta Smith missed time, Dotson likely doesn’t leave the field.

Freer than free.
26) I bet you thought I was going to say Bill Crosskey-Merritt
27) Ben Sinnott’s contingent upside is massive.

Sinnott had a lost rookie year. He’s going to play less snaps than John Bates.

They do different jobs.

If Zach Ertz misses time, Sinnott steps in on the TE streaming radar immediately.
28) Tyrone Tracy Jr.

Cam Skattebo returned to practice and saw preseason action. We know the speed isn’t there. But trying to beast mode NFL defenders is a different game than the Big 12.

Tracy is clearly the Giants best threat out of the backfield. He has home run speed and receiving chops. The offense needs him.
29) Theo Johnson is your last bet at an every down TE.

My Giants source thinks he will be 2nd on the team in targets.

My Giants source is almost never wrong.
30) Saquon Barkley’s usage id a lot different than most of the RBs in the “over 400 touch death sample”

He’s never asked to gain short yardage.

The Eagles have the best oline.

I know “the curse” but many who quote that are also doubling down after being wrong last summer.
You thought that last one would be the NFC North
31) Isaac TeSlaa is fun.

But Tim Patrick and Khalif Raymond are trusted.

I’ll be thrilled to be wrong, but I think outside of an injury to one of the top options, there’s better selections in anything outside of Dynasty this year.
32) Jameson Williams SZN.

Williams finished as WR19. He missed 2 games. His ADP is WR25.

Amon-Ra St. Brown is the best at ARSB things.

Williams has every tool to be elite.

Take the layups.
33) Olamide Zaccheaus = a thing

HT to @DaveKluge

Many view Zaccheaus as a deep threat. It’s what he’s been.

Many are wrong.

Zaccheaus is excellent with the ball and understands spacing.

Not saying ARSB.

Not not saying ARSB.
@DaveKluge 34) Kyle Monangai = a thing

Monangai has been the deep play in the Bears backfield for weeks.

His ADP is still after Roschon Johnson’s.

Johnson has a better chance at being cut than mattering for the Bears.
@DaveKluge 35) Caleb Williams

Don’t overthink it.

His skillset is in the top 1% outcomes of fantasy QB results.

He’s free in 1 QB redraft.
@DaveKluge 36) Both Jordan Mason and Aaron Jones, not either

Jones is one of the best receiving backs in the NFL. Mason has a lock on goal line work.

Both are plays without needing something to happen to the other.
@DaveKluge 37) Matthew Golden or bust

Jayden Reed is good, but missed time with injury.

Matt LaFleur has made chicken salad out of chicken **** with this receiver group for years.

Golden has immediate Top 12 WR1 upside.
@DaveKluge 38) Cade Otton is underrated

Otton scored -.4 in Week 2, missed 3 games, and was TE13 in .5 PPR.

He’s TE23 in ADP.

I love Emeka Egbuka and Bucky Irving too.

Baker Mayfield trusts Otton.
39) Travis Etienne is the backup Carolina RB you want.

Etienne went 12 in the fourth round, the 9th back off the board in a loaded class.

Chuba Hubbard was atrocious in the pass game in 2024. Bryce Young needs a pass catching back. No rookie has generated less fantasy buzz while generating positive camp reports than Etienne.
40) Kavonte Turpin is a sleepers sleeper

Turpin has been the best returner in the NFL for 2+ years.

He’s lethal with the ball in his hands.

He’s locked in as the WR3 role, can stretch the field deep, can work after the catch, and has been getting carries since camp opened.

KISS
@DaveKluge I probably missed a team.
41) Casey Washington, name to know

Washington served as Michael Penix Jr.’s primary receiver on the 2024 scout team.

He has Penix’s trust.

He’s been in Darnell Mooney’s position for weeks and consistently made splash plays.

Deeeeeeep sleeper that could go away when Mooney returns. But he might not.
@DaveKluge 42) Drake London has a great shot to lead the NFL in targets.

The best pick in the 2nd round of fantasy drafts.
@DaveKluge 43) Rashid Shaheed is garbage time gold

If Shaheed had stayed healjty in 2024, his ADP would be 4 rounds higher. He was WR15 prior to his season ending injury.

Soooo much garbage time in New Orleans.
@DaveKluge 44) Christian McCaffrey has the best chance of any back to finish RB1 overall.

I know the risk.

The complete list of RBs to score more than 357 .5 PPR points since 2016:

Christian McCaffrey - 2019
Christian McCaffrey - 2023
@DaveKluge 45) Davante Adams is going to lead the Rams in targets.

It could have been Jimmy Garoppolo’s familiarity. Or it could be scheme.

But Adams has been serving as the WR1 in Rams camp all summer.
@DaveKluge 46) Don’t overthink Kyler Murray

I get the frustration over Murray not connecting with Marvin Harrison Jr.

I know the advanced stats.

But Murray just scores fantasy points.
@DaveKluge 47) 50 things I think is catchier
@DaveKluge 48) Jaxon Smith-Njigba is Amona-Ra St. Brown you can draft in Round 3

If it weren’t for Omarion Hampton, he would be the best value in Round 3.
@DaveKluge I forgot the Texans.

Good thing there’s like 3 Texans fans.
