“Act as a top-tier YouTube strategist. I’m starting a YouTube channel from zero. Analyze the current YouTube landscape and give me a ranked list of the top 10 niches with high CPM (Cost Per Mille), relatively low competition, and evergreen demand.

For each niche, include:

* Estimated average CPM
* Content creation difficulty (1–10)
* At least 2 alternative monetization methods beyond AdSense (like affiliate programs or digital products)
* A catchy 3-word channel concept

Rank everything by an ‘opportunity score’ that balances CPM and competition. Avoid overly saturated niches unless the CPM is extremely high.”

This prompt will basically show you, with real data, which topics you should focus on if you want to grow fast and earn money not just from ads, but from multiple income streams.

Step 2: Build Your Channel Identity (Creating your unique identity)

Now that you’ve picked your niche, the next step is to make your channel stand out. Without strong branding, people simply won’t remember you.

Take your chosen niche from Step 1 and use this prompt:

Prompt for Claude:
“Act as an expert brand strategist for YouTube creators. My chosen niche is [Insert the niche you picked from Step 1]. Create a complete and distinct channel identity that helps me stand out in a crowded space.

Please include:

* 5 memorable and brandable channel name options
* A strong one-line tagline that clearly explains the value viewers will get
* A detailed target audience persona (age, pain points, frustrations, motivations)
* 4 clear and non-overlapping content pillars
* A ‘Unique Mechanism’ a specific angle, format, or visual style that no other creator in this niche currently owns. Make sure it’s defensible, not just a different tone of voice.”

1/ Shoot in 48MP Instead of 12MP

Settings → Camera → Formats → Photo Mode → Select "HEIF Max (48 MP)"

Apple defaults your $1200 phone to 12MP. The sensor does 48MP. You've been shooting at a quarter of what your camera can do since the day you bought it

2/ Turn Off Auto HDR

Settings → Camera → Turn OFF "Auto HDR"

Auto HDR overprocesses every photo. Halos around objects. Skin looks plastic. Skies look fake.

Turn on Smart HDR instead. Same processing, more natural results. Your photos stop looking like AI generated them.

2/ Delete Google Search Results

Google "Google removal request." Submit a request to remove pages showing your phone number, email, or home address.

This form has existed for years and almost nobody uses it. Google legally has to review it. Requests usually get approved within days.
