The IDF attack yesterday in Khan Younis was likely justified and proportional.
Here is why. 🧵
1⃣ Hamas is known to produce videos of it's snipers attacking IDF troops in high-quality production videos.
This videos are professionally edited and often feature HD quality camera footage.
In the below image of one such video, the camera man is shooting the video through a hole in the side of a building. The IDF troops are at a great distance away and a mirage is present, slightly distorting the video.
The round impacts behind the IDF soldier (after passing through him) and slightly to the right of the soldier as viewed from the camera. This shows the camera was offset to the right of the shooter.
Often, the camera and the shooter can not be present at the same location due to tactics used by Snipers to reduce their signature.
2⃣The first image here was taken just prior to impact. A camera is clearly visible and offset from an open window. A slight deformity can be seen on the right edge of the window. This is consistent with "target indicators" that a sniper may be operating from that location.
So why would the camera be in the open? Simple, Hamas has been known to use this hospital. Hostages returned from Hamas captivity confirm this. Further, Palestinian video evidence and CCTV footage also confirm that Hamas uses hospitals in Gaza. This is independent of IDF evidence.
3⃣Hamas was present during the strike, specifically two of their cameramen.
4⃣This was not an airstrike. This was a tank round that was directly targeting the threat, and it was proportional.
The Point of Impact of the round can be spotted just meters away from the camera itself.
If this assessment is correct, all people on the stairs were likely aware of what was taking place and were complicit in the Hamas operation.
A COGAT Official informed me that 120 Tons of contraband was confiscated from humanitarian aid trucks attempting to enter Gaza in the last week alone.🧵
Below:
Sulfuric Acid (explosives precursor) at Kerem Shalom Crossing
Camouflage uniforms, tactical gloves, and a Palestinian Islamic Jihad patch confiscated by COGAT from humanitarian aid trucks.
Confiscated contraband also included tobacco and narcotics.
These items are often sold at inflated prices by Hamas in Gaza to fund their Jihad.
Note:
A main HA truck route enters Israel via Jordan.
Do you think Israel's strike against Hamas leadership in Qatar was legal?
International law says it was, here is why🧵
1⃣“Hamas’ armed wing, the al-Qassam Brigades, on Tuesday claimed responsibility for the shooting that killed six people on the outskirts of Jerusalem on Monday.” - Reuters
Zaher Jabarin, commander of Hamas in the West Bank, was reportedly a target of the strike in Doha and is reported to have survived the strike.
U.N. Charter Article 51 states:
"Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security.
The attack claimed by Hamas yesterday, originating from the West Bank makes Jabarin a legitimate target under international law for self-defense.
2⃣In addition to Jabarin being present, so was Khalil al-Hayya. As the senior-most exiled leader of Hamas, al-Hayya has been exercising control over all hostages currently held by Hamas through negotiations.
He exercises the power to make life and death decisions of all the hostages currently held in direct violation of the UN's Convention Against the Taking of Hostages (1979), which defines hostage taking as:
“Seizing or detaining … and threatening to kill, to injure or to continue to detain him in order to compel a third party … to do or abstain from doing any act as an explicit or implicit condition for the release of the hostage.”
This constitutes an ongoing threat to Israeli citizens under international law, and again, Israel's right to self-defense can be applied. Israel's Entebbe raid of 1972 is a great example of this law application, and it was accepted on an international level.
With Israel about to enter Gaza City in an attempt to recover hostages, striking the man exercising control over their lives also applies to self-defense under UN Charter Article 51 as an ongoing attack.
Is this evidence that an IDF tank targeted a bus full of kids? No.
Those "Aid Workers" started that fire, and I can prove it. 🧵
1⃣Let's start with the opening frame.
When the camera turns on, there is no tire track visible leading up to the van, nor is there a MASSIVE burn mark.
After they run away from the vehicle, you can see a new tire track, foot prints AND A BRAND NEW BURN MARK leading straight up to the van. It's almost like they back their ambulance up, dumped fuel all over the vehicle and left a trail of gasoline to start the fire again!
Further, there are zero signs of a blast taking place. No ripples in the sand, no anything.
2⃣Examining the interior.
The rear sliding door is clearly attached and was opened. This is highly unlikely following a hot blaze. Thick gloves to protect the workers would need to be worn. One aid worker can be seen wearing nitrile gloves. Obviously that wouldn't help.
Following a large blaze such as this, the probability of that door properly functioning is extremely low. Plastic would be melted over the moving parts, heat causes metal to expand, and the door would be jammed.
There are also zero signs this vehicle was struck by ANY munition. Nor can any gunfire be heard throughout the video. Even the ground behind the vehicle appears as if it has been covered by sand from wind.
SkyNews published a full "analysis" utilizing a fake video straight out of @GAZAWOOD1 as evidence.
Their analyst predicted "laser-guided" missiles had hit the Nassar Hospital based on an A-I edited video. 🧵
1⃣Their first hint should have been the damage to the vertical wall of the staircase following the first round's impact.
This does not show a top-attack, or even a side-attack. Simply a front-attack with a point detonation munition, when it hit the vertical wall it detonated.
2⃣Their second hint should have been this frame. A HOLE WAS CREATED in the front side of the building.
This is consistent with the damage from the first round, only this time it appears the round had a delayed detonation.
How the UN's OCHO lied straight to your face with this video on 07/31/2025🧵
It's movie magic. @GAZAWOOD1
1⃣
Distance from Israeli Forces check point = 172 meters (460ft)
This means that the UN HA convoy was likely held up at the Israeli check point for 2.5 hours due to the crowd gathering on the road and for their own safety. More on that in a sec. Here is how we know the distance.
Analysis:
At sea level, sound pretty much travels at a constant speed, 343 m/s. Light travels at 299,792,458 m/s (this is negligible).
The first round strike is observed at "00:00:02:16" time stamp, and it is heard at "00:00:03:01". The last two digits of the time are frames-per-second(fps). This video was observed at 30 fps. Thus, we can figure out how far in front of the Israeli Check Point they were:
d = v × t = 343 m/s × 0.5 s = 171.5 m → ≈172 m
2⃣
OK, so why would Israeli Forces hold up a humanitarian aid convoy?
Let's refer to the UN's 06.25.2025 report where the UN stated the WFP stopped delivering humanitarian aid in Gaza "due to security and access concerns", and that the Israeli Authorities gave assurances "with additional measures in place to mitigate potential risk to beneficiaries and staff.
