1⃣ Hamas is known to produce videos of it's snipers attacking IDF troops in high-quality production videos.
This videos are professionally edited and often feature HD quality camera footage.
In the below image of one such video, the camera man is shooting the video through a hole in the side of a building. The IDF troops are at a great distance away and a mirage is present, slightly distorting the video.
The round impacts behind the IDF soldier (after passing through him) and slightly to the right of the soldier as viewed from the camera. This shows the camera was offset to the right of the shooter.
Often, the camera and the shooter can not be present at the same location due to tactics used by Snipers to reduce their signature.

2⃣The first image here was taken just prior to impact. A camera is clearly visible and offset from an open window. A slight deformity can be seen on the right edge of the window. This is consistent with "target indicators" that a sniper may be operating from that location.
So why would the camera be in the open? Simple, Hamas has been known to use this hospital. Hostages returned from Hamas captivity confirm this. Further, Palestinian video evidence and CCTV footage also confirm that Hamas uses hospitals in Gaza. This is independent of IDF evidence.

3⃣Hamas was present during the strike, specifically two of their cameramen.
4⃣This was not an airstrike. This was a tank round that was directly targeting the threat, and it was proportional.
The Point of Impact of the round can be spotted just meters away from the camera itself.
If this assessment is correct, all people on the stairs were likely aware of what was taking place and were complicit in the Hamas operation.
