This might save your life:

Harvard professor Daniel Lieberman spent 17 years studying how ancient humans slept, moved, and aged over centuries.

The 5 myths he debunked will change how you think about health forever:

1. Myth: Sitting is killing you
Not exactly…

Hunter-gatherers sit just as much as modern people.

The difference is that they get up every 10–15 minutes.

Sitting isn’t the issue; uninterrupted stillness for way too long is.
2. Myth: You need 8 hours of sleep

Most traditional cultures don’t sleep 8 hours.

Lieberman and his colleagues tracked people with no phones, no electricity, no alarms through the centuries.

6 to 7 hours per night and naps.

So, where did 8 hours come from?👇
I used to aim for 8 hours every night and still woke up tired.

I thought sleeping more was the answer...Turns out, quality matters more than quantity.

Magnesium glycinate is clinically proven to calm your nervous system and support deep sleep…
3. Myth: Cancers are inevitable.

74% of diseases are preventable, including Alzheimer’s and heart disease.

Yet the U.S. spends just 3% of its healthcare $ on prevention.

Physical activity boosts DNA repair, clears brain waste, lowers insulin, and reduces chronic inflammation.
Retirement is when the body starts deteriorating:

• Mitochondria die
• Muscles shrink
• Inflammation rises
• Brain fog increases
• Repair processes shut off

Ancient humans moved till old age, working, walking, and helping the tribe.
4. Myth: Cardio for weight loss.

Wrong.

Exercise (especially cardio) has modest effects on fat loss.

Its true value:
• Brain health
• Cancer prevention
• Longevity
• Muscle preservation
• Reduced dementia risk

Just not efficient for fat loss.
5. Myth: Your genes decide everything.

Genetics matter.

But Lieberman says:

“Genes load the gun. Environment pulls the trigger.”

Your choices—movement, food, sleep, mindset—shape your health far more than you think:

Harvard scientists just cracked the code to hair regeneration.

By 35, 60% of men experience hair loss (& its not genetics).

Here are 7 proven ways to prevent hair loss and even regrow your hair:

1. Harvard study: “You don’t lose hair because follicles die.”
Harvard’s 2021 study proved this.

They found that balding scalps still have hair follicle stem cells.

They don’t disappear.
They go inactive.

Hair grows when stimulated, nourished, and oxygenated.

Feed it the nutrition it needs. Image
2. Scalp massage (5–10 min/day)

Gentle daily massage increases blood flow, delivers oxygen, and removes tension from the scalp.

A 2016 study showed that massage led to thicker hair after 24 weeks.

Add nourishing oil (rosemary, pumpkin seed, or peppermint) for extra benefit.

Fasting for 72 hours is the best medicine on Earth.

It triggers your body to "eat up" tumors, inflammation, and toxins.

It's literally a doctor within.

Here's how to fast correctly (according to science): 🧵 Image

Most people think fasting is just about weight loss or giving your digestive system a break.

But the "magic" occurs at the cellular level through autophagy.

This is where your body literally begins to eat itself.

Let me explain:
Autophagy = cellular cleanup

During extended fasting, your cells start recycling damaged proteins, dysfunctional mitochondria, and even early-stage cancer cells.

Your body finally gets the chance to take out the accumulated trash that's been causing inflammation and disease. Image

Today in 1945, George Orwell published a devastating critique of Communism.

Animal Farm reveals why every communist revolution follows the same tragic pattern: liberation to corruption to oppression.

Here are 10 truths from Animal Farm Orwell warned us never to forget 🧵👇🏼 Image
1. Revolution contains the seeds of its own corruption

Animals oust farmer Mr. Jones for equality, but rebel pigs slowly embrace human flaws.

They bed down, booze up, strut on hind legs...till farmers at a feast can't spot the diff between pigs and people. Image

Fat loss is the easiest thing on Earth.

They made you think it was complicated to sell you programs & endless diets.

Here are 8 evidence-based hacks I used to drop 20lbs in 65 days (based on my experience): 🧵

1. Stopped doing endless cardio
Cardio doesn’t burn fat.

It teaches your body to conserve it.
You burn calories during the workout…

But over time, your metabolism adapts:
• Lower thyroid output
• Lower testosterone
• Muscle loss

Fewer calories burned at rest = Fat loss stalls or reverses:
→ What to do instead:
• Lift heavy to preserve muscle while cutting
• Eat 1g protein/lb to fuel fat loss & recovery
• Balance hormones (testosterone, thyroid, cortisol)
• Walk 8–12k steps/day for better health

Cardio burns calories. Muscle rewires metabolism.

In 1973, this man learned "to exit his physical body."

He "mentally traveled" to Jupiter and described its rings.

6 years later, NASA’s Voyager 1 confirmed EVERY detail he reported.

CIA immediately classified it

But, what he discovered about consciousness will terrify you: 🧵 Image

His name?

Ingo Swann

An artist from Colorado with no science background

But he had one unusual skill
He could leave his body at will

Ingo called it “remote viewing”
Scientists called it impossible

Until they tested him
