Key Issue #1 ➡️ Do senior White House advisors have absolute testimonial immunity?

For more than 50 years, DOJ policy said YES. Biden’s weaponized DOJ flipped that precedent to put Navarro in prison. NOW SCOTUS must step in.

SCOTUS must rule or every future advisor faces Hobson’s choice: honor executive privilege & risk prison or prostrate before partisan jackals on Capitol Hill.

NOT a partisan issue. Executive privilege role in promoting sound presidential decision-making at stake.

Both Republican & Democrat presidents need trusted advisors who can speak candidly without fear of subpoenas.

If SCOTUS doesn’t fix what Biden’s DOJ broke, every future White House is at risk. I went to prison/fighting my case so this doesn't happen.

Yes. But a Democrat judge wrongly said “no” — and then violated constitutional separation of powers by trying to dictate to Donald Trump how he must invoke. Outrageous judicial overreach.
