Yantras – The Hidden Geometry of the Universe 😱

From the Sri Yantra to the simplest triangle, our Rishis encoded the cosmos in lines & curves.

These are not art or symbols... But blueprints of Reality.

Read this thread... 🧵Image
📌 What is a Yantra?

The word comes from the root “yam” = to control, to harness.

A Yantra is a tool.. a geometric design that channels cosmic energy.

It is the body of the Deity, while mantra is its voice.

👉 Together: Mantra + Yantra = The Presence of Divinity.Image
At its core, a Yantra is not drawn, but revealed.

Every line, circle, triangle is a reflection of cosmic laws.

The Rishis did not “invent” them... they saw them in meditation, the way a physicist sees equations.Image
👉 The most famous of them all: Śrī Yantra.

Nine interlocked triangles radiating from a bindu (point).

🔹 4 pointing upward = Shiva
🔹 5 pointing downward = Shakti

Their union births the entire cosmos.
The geometry of creation itself.Image
👉 The Bindu at the center = Parabrahman, the unmanifest source.

From it flows duality, multiplicity, expansion... Worlds emerge, dissolve, re-emerge.

Modern physicists speak of the Singularity... Our seers called it the Bindu.Image
📌 Why triangles?

Because they are the simplest form of stability.

Three points form a plane.

The Rishis saw consciousness crystallizing into form... and triangles became the eternal symbol.Image
Image
👉 Circles = Cycles.

The yantras encircle triangles in lotuses and circles.

This shows the rhythm of the universe... expansion, contraction, birth, death, rebirth.

The same rhythm your breath follows.Image
👉 Mantra + Yantra = Resonance.

When you chant a mantra near its yantra, the geometry vibrates with sound.

It is not belief... it is resonance of frequency.

The Rishis knew what we now call wave–particle duality.Image
👉 Every deity has its Yantra.

— Kali Yantra: pure triangles, raw energy.
— Ganesha Yantra: balance & removal of obstacles.
— Lakshmi Yantra: prosperity flowing like a lotus.

Each is a mathematical gateway to a cosmic force.Image
Image
📌 Now… how to practice it?

A Yantra is not just looked at.

It is meditated upon, entered, traveled through.

👉 Your mind moves from the outer square (worldly life) → lotus (subtle energies) → triangles (creation) → finally the bindu (pure consciousness).Image
Image
When scientists analyzed the Sri Yantra, they found its geometry matches fractals.

Self-replicating, infinite, recursive.

👉 In other words... the same mathematics that describes galaxies, DNA, and quantum fields.

In Vedic vision, Yantras are not drawings.

They are maps of the unseen.

👉 Staring at one long enough is like gazing at the source code of the universe.Image
Image
👉 That is the depth of Sanātana Dharma.

It was never just religion.

It is science, spirituality, and geometry woven together.Image

Do you think modern science will ever catch up to what the Rishis encoded in a simple Yantra thousands of years ago?

Purusha Sukta — The Cosmic Being whose body became the universe 😱

This is one of the most mysterious hymns of the Rig Veda (10.90)...

It describes how the entire cosmos is nothing but the body of a Supreme Being called Purusha.

A Thread 🧵Image
Image
Imagine a Being so vast that:

👉 Thousands of heads, eyes, and feet are His
👉 The entire cosmos is just a fraction of His being
👉 From His body emerged all worlds, beings, and time itself

This is Purusha, the Cosmic Being.Image
📌 Rig Veda 10.90.1

Sahasraśīrṣā puruṣaḥ
Sahasrākṣaḥ sahasrapāt

“The Purusha has a thousand heads, a thousand eyes, a thousand feet…”

👉 Not literal numbers, but a vision of infinity... all beings are His parts.Image

Kleshas: The Root Causes of Suffering according to Yoga Sutras 🔥

Maharshi Patanjali doesn’t just tell us how to meditate... He explains why we suffer in the first place.

👉 The 5 Kleshas (afflictions) are the hidden knots in the mind that bind us to pain.

Read this thread 🧵Image
📌 Avidya — Ignorance

The mother of all suffering.

Not just lack of knowledge, but mistaking the impermanent for permanent, the impure for pure, the painful for pleasure, and the non-Self for Self.

It’s like living life in a dream, unable to distinguish reality.Image
📌 Asmita — Egoism

When the seer (Purusha, the Self) identifies with the seen (mind, body, intellect).

We say “I am this body,” “I am this thought,” forgetting our true essence.

Ego is the veil that makes the infinite Self feel limited.Image

The 5 Vrittis of the Mind — How Thoughts Shape Your Reality 😱

Why do we suffer? Why does the mind feel restless?

Patanjali explains: because the mind is constantly spinning in vrittis... waves of thought.

Let’s decode them 🧵Image
📌 What is a Vritti?

In simple terms, a Vritti is a modification or movement of the mind.

Just as waves arise on the surface of the ocean, thoughts, perceptions, and emotions arise in our consciousness.

They shape how we see reality... and often, they distort it.Image
📌 The Five Vrittis (Yoga Sutra 1.6):

Patanjali lists 5 types of vrittis:

— Pramana (correct knowledge)
— Viparyaya (wrong knowledge)
— Vikalpa (imagination/fancy)
— Nidra (sleep)
— Smriti (memory)

Each can either bind us or liberate us depending on how we relate to them.Image

Mimamsa: The Power of Dharma & Rituals – Why Karma itself is the unseen force (Apurva) 🔥

A forgotten but profound Hindu philosophy that taught us:

— Rituals are not “blind” acts
— Dharma is cosmic law itself
— Karma creates an unseen power called Apurva

Read this thread.. 🧵Image
When we hear “Mimamsa,” most think it’s about ritualism.

But it’s much deeper.
Mimamsa is not just about “doing puja.”

👉 It is the science of why dharma-rituals are cosmic acts that generate invisible results, ensuring order in this world and the next.

Mimamsa is one of the six schools of Hindu philosophy, also known as the Shad-Darshanas.Image
The word “Mimamsa” means: revered thought, reflection, investigation.

👉 Purva Mimamsa → Rituals, Dharma, Karma
👉 Uttara Mimamsa (Vedanta) → Brahman, Liberation

So Mimamsa is about the this-worldly power of dharma, while Vedanta is about the ultimate reality.Image

Samskaras – The 16 Sacred Rites that Shape a Hindu’s Life Journey 🔥

In Sanatana Dharma, life is not random.
It is seen as a sacred journey... from the womb to beyond the death.

To sanctify this journey, our Rishis gave us 16 major Samskaras (sacraments).

Each is like a spiritual milestone, purifying and uplifting the soul at every stage.

Let’s walk through them one by one… 🧵Image
📌 Garbhadhana (Conception)

The very beginning.

A prayerful union of husband and wife with the intent of inviting a pure soul into the womb.

It is not just about creating life... it is about consciously bringing a noble soul into the world.Image
📌 Pumsavana (Quickening)

Performed in the third month of pregnancy.

Prayers are offered for the healthy growth of the child and the awakening of sattva (virtue).

The idea is... the mother’s state of mind shapes the child.Image

Ayurveda on Longevity — 7 Secrets to a 100-Year Life 😱

For thousands of years, Ayurveda has spoken about "Jeevema sharadah shatam" — “May we live a hundred autumns.”

But what does Ayurveda really teach about living a long, vibrant life?

A Thread 🧵Image
Ayurveda never praises mere long life. It praises a healthy and purposeful life.

A hundred years of suffering is not the goal... A hundred years of health, clarity, strength, and wisdom is.

👉 This is called "Swasthya" — to remain established in one’s true self.Image
📌 Secret 1: Dinacharya (Daily Routine)

Longevity is not in big medicines, but in small daily habits.

— Waking up before sunrise (Brahma Muhurta)
— Scraping tongue & oil pulling
— Exercise & Yoga
— Bathing and meditation

👉 Every small act polishes the body like a diamond, keeping disease away.Image
