An angry mind is a mind that can't:

• Heal itself
• Create a successful career
• Build lasting relationships

Since your doctor will only prescribe pills or tell you to "calm down"…

Here's what really causes anger, why it matters, & how to actually fix it (naturally): 🧵 Image
Image
Most people treat anger like a character flaw.

"Just manage it better." "Count to 10." "Take deep breaths."

But anger isn't a personality defect.

It's your nervous system screaming that something deeper needs attention...
I learned this the hard way.

By society's standards, I had everything: distinguished degrees, high-profile career, external success.

But I was furious inside. Constantly proving myself, chasing validation, never feeling enough...frustrated.

Then life forced me to stop...
February 2014. Swiss Alps.

One second I was carving fresh powder on black diamonds. The next, I was in a hospital bed with 3 broken vertebrae.

Everything stopped. My career. My relentless momentum. My ability to get out of bed.

That's when the real questions started...
Who was I without the achievements? Why was I so angry at other people's success?

Why had I spent my life running from myself?

9 months of forced stillness revealed the truth:

My anger wasn't random. It had 5 specific sources, and each one had a cure.
Source #1: Disempowerment

This is anger from feeling powerless over your life.

You don't trust yourself. You feel like others control your destiny.

Pleasing others results in having no sense of personal authority or authenticity.

But here's what most miss about healing it...
The solution isn't "taking control."

It's learning to use your energy to reclaim your will and trust yourself again.

When you stop giving your power away to external validation, the anger transforms into unshakeable confidence.
Source #2: Deprivation

Fear-based anger. "I won't get what I deserve."

This drives greed, control, and self-centered behavior. You are obsessed with outcomes and attach you self worth to it.

The flip side? Lack of will & poor self-esteem when you don't fight for what you want.
Healing deprivation requires getting honest about your unidentified hunger.

What do you really want? What unconscious desires are driving your anger?

When you bring these soul desires to the surface, you stop being angry at the world for "withholding" from you.
Source #3: Overburdened with Responsibility

You feel obligated to fix everyone else's problems.

You say yes when you mean no.
You absorb other people's emotions.
You feel imposed upon but can't say no.

This creates defensive anger that builds because your energy is too fluid.
The cure isn't becoming selfish.

It's consolidating your sense of identity and strengthening your energetic boundaries.

When you stay centered in yourself, you can help others without losing yourself in the process.

The anger disappears because you're no longer being pulled off your center.
Source #4: The Need to Be Perfect

Shame-based anger. "I'm not good enough."

You rage when you're wrong or different. Your identity feels threatened by any imperfection.

This perfectionism isn't about high standards, it's about deep inadequacy masked as achievement.
Healing requires setting realistic standards and practicing ongoing self-validation.

After every major decision, affirm to yourself: "I did my best with the information I had."

Self-approval becomes an internal process, not something you chase externally.
Source #5: Resistance to "School of life"

This is anger at life itself.

"Why is everything so hard?" "This shouldn't be happening to me."

You want everything perfect or feel entitled to an easy path.

But what if your struggles aren't random? What if they're your curriculum?
School of life represents the lessons you learn in this human life, that your soul, or consciousness, gets to experience and learn from.

When you shift from "Why me?" to "What is this teaching me?", anger transforms into wisdom.

The struggle becomes the path to evolution.
When you are able to step back from yourself:

your attachments, your desired outcomes, and your ego,

and witness the world around you...

how it reflects the physical, mental, and spiritual ecosystem you've created within...

you can see your how you're connect to everything.
After my accident, I dove deep into neuroscience, breathwork, ancient philosophy.

Science and every philosophy had a common thread: The mind is programmable. We create our reality through thoughts, beliefs, and patterns we accept.

My anger was a symptom of my past beliefs.
But here's what I discovered: it's not easy to flip the switch.

Your nervous system needs help to break these unconscious patterns.

I applied what I learned from Ayurveda to address the root cause, not the symptoms.

Known adaptogens can help your brain rewire itself naturally.
If you're ready to transform your relationship with anger and live in flow...

I created something that combines 10+ years of research with Ayurvedic wisdom.

It supports your nervous system while you do the inner work.

Poor memory isn't "normal."

It's a signal that something is broken in your brain.

Sleeping and doing crosswords aren't enough to fix it.

Here's what really causes poor memory and 5 proven ways to 10x your memory: 🧵
If you've ever felt frustrated by forgetting important things, you're not alone.

Here's what researchers discovered:

Your brain receives 11 million bits of information every second and has to decide what to keep and what to throw away.
The challenge?

Most of us were never taught how to signal our brain what's worth remembering.

The study methods from school actually work against us.

• Rereading notes
• Highlighting texts
• Cramming before tests

These create the illusion of learning without real retention.Image

Heart Coherence Practice is one of the most powerful health interventions on Earth.

It will change your entire mental, physical, and emotional state while eliminating anxiety and chronic overwhelm.

Here's how to perform it correctly (according to science): 🧵 Image
1. What is heart coherence?

It's when your heart rhythm becomes smooth and ordered.

Not just slow, but rhythmically coherent.

Your heart sends this pattern directly to your brain.

And your brain responds immediately.
2. Why your heart controls your mind

Your heart sends MORE signals to your brain than your brain sends to your heart.

40,000 neurons in your heart make decisions independently.

When your heart rhythm is chaotic → scattered thinking.

When it's coherent → clear focus.

L-Theanine is nature's #1 antidote to your racing mind.

It reduces cortisol, sharpens your focus, and improves sleep.

But almost no one uses it correctly, missing out on 3x the benefits.

Here's how to use L-Theanine correctly (according to science): 🧵 Image
Image
First, let's destroy the biggest myth about L-Theanine.

Mistake #1: It's just "green tea extract" that makes you sleepy.

But L-Theanine actually creates something called "calm alertness." A state where your mind is focused but relaxed.

But here's the problem... Image
90% of people are sabotaging their own results.

They make 5 critical mistakes that kill the effects.

Then they say "L-Theanine doesn't work for me."

Let me show you how to use it to actually get results:

If your brain is clogged with Adenosine, you'll feel tired no matter what you try.

Most people don't realize Adenosine buildup can matter more than sleep hours.

Here are 10 cheat codes to clear the mental buildup and feel like a 25-year-old again: 🧵
Most people think adenosine is just "brain fatigue."

But it's actually your body's internal battery meter - signaling when your mental energy is running low.

The secret isn't fighting this system. It's learning to work with it.

Let me show you how...
1. Strategic Napping

A 20-minute nap directly reduces adenosine levels.

Think of it like charging your phone mid-day.

But never nap after 3 PM or longer than 30 minutes - it'll ruin your nighttime sleep.

Lion's Mane is the #1 brain optimization hack.

Navy SEALs, Olympic athletes, and Fortune 500 CEOs use it to enhance focus and gain a mental edge.

Here's how it works and the exact science-backed protocols for razor-sharp focus, memory, and bulletproof brain health:

Thread 🧵 Image
Most people think Lion's Mane is just another trendy mushroom supplement.

They're wrong.

This white, shaggy fungus contains compounds that literally regrow your brain cells. And Buddhist monks have known this secret for centuries...
In ancient China, it was called "Yamabushitake" - the mountain priest mushroom.

Buddhist monks would consume it before meditation to achieve laser-sharp focus for hours.

Here are 7 scientifically-proven benefits that will blow your mind: Image

If your psoas muscle is tight, you'll feel anxious no matter what you try.

Most people don't realize this one muscle can matter more than stress management.

Here are 10 cheat codes to train your psoas and feel like 20 again:

1. Do a constructive rest pose for 10 minutes daily
The psoas is the only muscle linking spine to legs, making it central to all movement and stability.

For the first exercise: lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat. Let gravity do the work.

Studies show it's the safest way to begin psoas relaxation.
Image
Here's why this muscle controls your mental state:

Your psoas sends safety signals to your brain. When chronically tight, your brain thinks you're in constant danger.

This triggers anxiety, depression, and racing thoughts. It's not "all in your head," it's real physiology.
