1. Israel counts half full trucks as full.

Fact check: FALSE

All trucks are fully loaded when they arrive for inspection at the crossing and are counted as such. COGAT also tracks the weight of the trucks.

2. Israel denies or impedes humanitarian aid convoys within Gaza for no reason.

Fact check: FALSE

During September alone, out of hundreds of coordination requests, 81% were approved.

Coordinations are approved when operational conditions allow, and sometimes denied for the safety of the humanitarian teams. UN numbers include double coordinations submitted by the UN to inflate the "denied coordination" numbers.

Many efforts are put in, including an entire center dedicated to facilitating humanitarian movements, as well as new routes that were adopted for humanitarian movement.

3. When collecting the trucks, Israel does not allow enough time for strapping the aid pallets to the trucks.

Fact check: FALSE.

Israel provides sufficient time for proper loading of aid trucks, from early morning until night fall. The pace depends on the receiving orgs’ own logistics and staffing, not on Israeli restrictions.

And remember, the UN only provides 30% of the aid to Gaza.

Throughout the war and long before it, Hamas exploited @UNRWA infrastructure. The intelligence gathered shows Hamas systematically uses UNRWA's vehicles, warehouses, and even the agency's headquarters, as headquarters, accommodations, and weapons depots.

Completely False. We have facilitated 29,000 tons of medical equipment, medicines and medical supplies. All medicines can enter Gaza, including insulin and anesthesia.

Over 90,000 tons of shelter equipment, including over 280,000 tents, have entered Gaza. We have also been working proactively for months to coordinate entrance of more tents and other essential shelter equipment in preparation for the winter season.

Firstly: to date, all projections by the IPC have proven incorrect and inconsistent with the situation on the ground, with the IPC reports consistently predicting deterioration and then reporting improvement. Unfortunately, this is because the researchers continue to rely on partial, biased data and superficial sources with vested interests.

The IPC reports have been systematically based on organizations with vested interests and partial, inaccurate knowledge, significantly undermining the document's credibility.

Israel published detailed documents on the factual and methodological problems in the two previous reports. No response was ever given.

Also according to the IPC reports until October there was a consistent improvement trend in the food security situation in Gaza. According to the latest report, as of the beginning of Oct, the situation (including in the north) was the best since the beginning of the war.

Bottom line: Although the IPC's reports on Gaza were characterized by bias and methodological failures (as explained in detail in the response documents published on the @IsraelMFA website), the new report, like its predecessor from June, clearly points to an improving trend in the food security situation in Gaza.

This is, in fact, the first time since the start of the war that the IPC reports on a decline in percentage of Gaza Strip residents classified at phase 3 (“Crisis”) or above.
Moreover, a significant decline in the population classified at phase 5 (“Catastrophe”) was also reported in relation to the three preceding reports.

This will not stop those parading around screaming "there is a famine in Gaza" to continue spreading their lies.

This improvement represents, among other factors, the various measures Israel took to facilitate more than adequate humanitarian aid. This is despite the logistics constraints the UN aid agencies operate under, and the funneling of aid by Hamas.
