"I saw my soul leave my body." That's how one Green Beret described feeling when forced to get the COVID shot. I ran into several 7th Group buddies who expressed their anger at being forced to get the COVID shot as well as their regret at finally caving. 🧵
The mandate didn't just force people out--it left deep wounds & morally injured much of the force who felt forced against their will to take an unethical & experimental drug that they knew would have no medical benefit & possibly leave them injured.
To move forward, we need truth & accountability. The entire force must know that service members were wronged by the mandate, troops were given an "unlawful as implemented" order, & many in leadership intentionally harmed their subordinates.
As long as those military leaders who knowingly pushed this illegal order onto their subordinates continue to serve in high positions of leadership, healing is not possible.
That's why @secwar must form a task force for reconciliation & reparation. We must honor those harmed, restore trust, & ensure this never happens again.

🚨The NDAA doesn’t help Involuntary Veterans affected by the shot mandate.
👉🏻Tell your representatives to vote no on the NDAA & to renegotiation one that supports service members negatively impacted by the COVID shot mandate.
Look at the problems & language in the docs;
🔴Only “consider reinstating”
🔴 “Period of inactivation” so no time toward retirement.
🔴 No back pay.
🔴“Review the characterization of discharge” instead of automatically raise it to honorable.
🔴 Saying “failure to obey a lawful order” when it was not bc no FDA shot available.
- See 10 U.S. Code § 1107a
🔴 Also missing; back pay, investigation into vax injuries, help for vax injured accountability, lost job opportunities, etc.
👉🏻Here are the NDAA amendments we proposed to bring accountability and restoration to our military:
