The U.S. Air attache in Kabul was alerted. A flight was scheduled for Jan 25, 1956 to confirm. But… suddenly, the operation was cancelled.
The was no follow up, no recovered craft in the archives, just total silence. Suspect right?

How does a metal saucer with windows become a balloon? It seems to me like AARO took a leaf right out of Blue Book. #DefendAARO.
