Experimental Proof the Sars Cov 2 Isolation and Purification is Fraudulent, hence all downstream Biochemical Assays such as PCR and its Genome are Invalid.

We used exact Isolation Reagents used in the initial "Sars Cov 2" Isolation, using the Vero (African Green Monkey Kidney) Cell Line.

From the Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute CLSI manual which is the only Gold Standard Cell Culture Viral Isolation protocol, it explicitly says ALL infection should be done at reduced FBS (Cell Nutrient Medium) of 1-3%.

The Cells were treated in the exact way outlined by protocol but the reduced medium of the "Infection Path"on the right was Uninfected I.e NO Clinical Sample or "Virus"Added.

The Lab Technician whom carried out the culture noted 6/9 of the possible Cytopathic Effect Morphologies that are meant to be specific and found only in cell culture in the presence of a "Virus".

Easy to see and Lab Technician verified CPE morphologies were easy to identify only in the reduced Serum cultures, such as Vacuolation.

Only one specific Cytopathic Effect Morphology is needed to be seen for it to denote "Viral"Isolation.

According to the American Society For Microbiology it is only needed to be seen with five days of incubation to be classed as viral presence. The CPE morphologies were seen and Lab Tech verified within 48 hours.

This is absolute proof that the reagent concentrations, specifically the instructed reduced FBS Serum concentrations are causing the exact supposed CPE Morphologies.
Hence the Isolation of Sars Cov 2 is fraudulent and invalid and all Biochemical Assays such as the PCR Primers based on the initial Isolation is deemed invalid as no legitimate benchmark was found.
