Earlier today, an OSINT outfit called EekadFacts dropped a long thread naming @DahliaKurtz, @VividProwess, and little old me, among others, as part of a “demonization campaign” to link the Global Summud Flotilla to Hamas (which is true).
So, what do we know about EekadFacts? 🧵
Eeekad doesn’t have a website, and none of its employees are named anywhere. That said, Eekad's YouTube page lists it as based in the U.S.
Conversely, its Facebook page shows that Eekad is managed primarily from -- shock of shocks -- Qatar and Turkey.
These two countries, as you know, are the Hamas' primary bases of operation outside Gaza 👀
On Facebook’s Ad Center, you can see Eekad has been running ads pretty steadily since October 2023. Most are paid for in Qatari riyals, but some in USD — meaning at least one of their operators in the U.S. is footing the bill.
Now, let’s look at some of these ads.
Here’s one that ran on October 9th, 2023. I’ll let the words speak for themselves.
And here’s one where Eekad “refutes” claims that Qatar supports terrorism and homosexuality.
Of course, Qatar does in fact support terrorism.
It does not, however, support homosexuality, because homosexuality is outlawed in Qatar. Because Qatar is awful.
As far as I can tell, Meta does not provide data showing whether an ad was geared toward U.S.-based audiences.
That said, Eekad does often post content in English, so we know it's making a conscious effort to influence Western audiences.
Since Eekad is largely based in Qatar, it’s unsurprising that their content has been amplified in the English-language Doha News.
Here’s how Eekad’s account looked on October 9, 2023. As you can see, they were showing much love for the Hamas-led massacre two days prior.
Oh, Eekad is also boosted by bot activity.
On October 9, 2023, it had 76k followers on X. By October 31, it exploded to 181k followers. As anyone active on this platform knows, that is a highly unnatural growth rate common in bot-infested accounts.
It now has 342k followers.

Breaking: I’ve just discovered that next month’s annual Al Jazeera Forum will feature a keynote by Iran’s foreign minister — fresh off his regime slaughtering 43,000 in the streets — alongside Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal.
Let’s take a closer look at this conference, shall we?🧵
On its face, the conference theme sounds like the usual nauseating, sanctimonious, academia-infused soirée one might expect from Doha. But look at the actual lineup, and the mask slips.
Keynote speakers include Iran’s foreign minister Abbas Araghchi, the president of Somalia, the head of Türkiye’s Directorate of Communications, the director general of Al Jazeera Media Network and a member of Qatar’s ruling family, MEP Rima Hassan and some Chinese government dude
A disturbing new report by @JewishOnliner details how Qatar Foundation International funnels tens of millions into American K-12 schools.
Qatar does so with no oversight from the U.S. government and no transparency requirements whatsoever.
Let’s dive in, shall we? 🧵
This 2020 map shows only Arabic-language K-12 programs funded by Qatar Foundation International.
Because it’s outdated and limited in scope, it understates the number of school districts and excludes other Qatar-funded efforts like curriculum development and teacher training.
As an example, Houston Independent School District has received ongoing Qatar Foundation International funding since 2015 totaling at least $340,000, including $85,000 that it recieved in 2025.
Breaking: The Department of Education just launched a public dashboard showing just how much foreign funding is being injected into American universities.
Unsurprisingly, Qatar is in first place with a whopping $6.6 billion. But let's dig deeper into the data, shall we? 🧵
The $6.6 billion from Qatar is made up of 1,223 "transactions"
These "transactions" are mostly classified as contracts, restricted contracts, and gifts
A review of the U.S. Treasury’s OFAC database found that Qatar hosts multiple individuals designated as terrorists by the U.S. Why is Qatar giving them safe haven?
First on the list is Abd Al-Salam, a Qatari passport holder tied to ISIS and Al Qaeda
Nasrallah Abd Al-Dayim is also based in Qatar. The U.S. State Dept. has identified him as a longtime Hamas member involved in the transfer of tens of millions to Hamas and its Qassam Brigades.
The department offers a reward of up to $10 million for information on him.
Al Banai Ali Reda Hassan is a Qatari national linked to Hezbollah — an organization responsible for the deaths of hundreds of U.S. Marines
Here’s a thread of prominent accounts that have been subverting the US by flooding X with anti-American, anti-Israel, demoralizing, or Marxist content aimed specifically at Americans.
Several of them pose as Americans. But now the jig is up.
