End all lobbying, make all political donations anonymous by law.
This NEEDS to be a dual mandate to uproot corruption and elite skew.
With anonymous donations, donations would need to require proof of citizenship, but not be tracked to eliminate backtracking loyalties in policies/politics upon submission.
Lobbying is not petitioning, and it is not Free Speech. Lobbying is a corrupt adaptation of petitioning, a exit path for failed politicians, a disregard for democracy, and literally Paid Speech. Petitioning and Protesting is Free Speech, do not conflate them!
I'd argue that to achieve true democracy, donation caps should be removed along with candidate/party endorsement limits to truly make representation free, fair, and equal. Regardless of class, citizens should be able to endorse whoever they feel represents them the most. That's what donors do through bipartisan policy lobbying.

How the Left and Big Pharma Weaponizes Gender Dysphoria and "Gender Affirming Care" Over Therapy and Prevention for Political Gains. Image

Meanwhile, the Left and Big Pharma bury that the lead attributing cause for gender dysphoria is sexual/mental victimization as an adolescent. In recent studies it is reported that over 50% of those going through gender dysphoria have undergone sexual abuse, likely increasing to the 90th percentile when accounting mental trauma. This is then paired with confirmation bias via propaganda media and defense arguments.

Reading has always been a core escape/hobby of mine.

When I was young, my main entertainment was burned CDs, my handheld Gameboy Advanced SP I got on my 5th Christmas from a relative and sports.

At first, I wasn't very interested in reading or school as my main passion was soccer, outside activities, or raising my dog with the one childhood series being "Magic Tree House" by Mary Pope Osborn.

Around the third grade was my first introduction to reading on my own. Around this time, I had just moved long distance and had to leave my Border Collie, I was raising with someone, and after that year of soccer. Originally, my main interests in education were always animals related. I loved natural wildlife, especially wolves, and this would be my first introduction to fiction through Kathryn Lasky's "Wolves of The Beyond" and "Guardians of Ga'Hool". I can't really recall other specific titles but between 3rd-5th I was really into any fiction/fantasy series that involved cryptology or mystery.

Shortly afterward, I started to get really into Rick Riordan through "Percy Jackson," which coincided with my increasing draw for mythology. I also loved reading his "Kane Chronicles" series and "The Heros of Olympus" continuation. This time span between 4th grade and early high school, I got incredibly into mythology. Reading independently on Norse Mythology, Grimm Mythology, Roman/Greek Mythology, Egyptian Mythology, and the Mythology around the Knights of Camelot.

Around 10 is when I first started my adult novel series which was "The Incarnations of Immortality" by Piers Anthony, which I l loved for its depth and overlap into mythology.

Around 12, I also fell in love with "The Wolf Gift Saga" by Anne Rice. Again, this title's primary draw was the descriptive imagery used. I also grew up on horror movies and more mature shows like Supernatural and Sons of Anarchy (one of my little siblings is literally named after the show), so I was already desensitized to the graphic imagery involved, especially with already tackling Piers Anthony.

Around 10, I also really enjoyed more traditional titles like "Hatchet" or "The River" by Gary Paulsen along with "White Fang" by Jack London.

Between 10-14, I also read and fell in love with Harry Potter after it was already a core movie title in my family. Around 13, I also found and fell in love with "Warriors" by Erin Hunter, which kind of reflected the earlier animal focused readings by Kathryn Lasky.

4 novels that I started because of school circululum and loved would be: "The Giver" by Lois Lowry (6th grade), "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins (6th Grade), "The Outsiders" by S. E. Hinton (7th Grade) and "Animal Farm" by George Orwell (8th grade).

These 4 titles, in turn, became my core draw to fiction, where I went deeply into Dystopian and Apocalyptic titles. I read countless standalone titles and series around zombie, one of which comes to mind distinctly is "The Outlands" by Tyler Edward's.

Around 16 is when I got introduced to "The Wheel Of Time" by Robert Jordan, which is my all-time favorite fiction series from just an author and inagery standpoint. I also got introduced to "Throne of Glass" and "A Court of Thorns and Roses" by Sarah J. Maas, who is a current favorite of mine.

My top two favorite poets are Edgar Allan Poe and Robert Frost.
Books and the occasional TV shows such as, "Hannibal", and "The Final Kingdom" are my primary form of Western media consumption, I primarily watch movies only with family and friends. I attribute this mainly due to my early passion to reading, leaving most movies (besides like DC/Marvel titles) to feel underwhelming in depth.

Generally, I stick to Eastern Asian media for casual entertainment via: Manwah, Manga, and Anime.
"Royal Pains," "Sons of Anarchy," and "Supernatural" were three Western Series I exclusively enjoyed through quality time spending with my Mother, so these will always have a central place to me.

This is why I definitively say #FreeTory and #FuckMegan: street code + drunk bitches got him caught up.

This draft report hypothesizes a reconstructed sequence of events for the early morning shooting on July 12, 2020, outside a Hollywood Hills mansion, based on trial testimony, forensic evidence, and post-conviction affidavits. Drawing from inconsistencies in the prosecution's narrative—such as the illogical pivot from Kelsey's slap to shots at Megan, the "urging" de-escalation, and burst pattern gaps—the analysis posits Kelsey Harris as the primary shooter, driven by jealousy-fueled rage in a love triangle betrayal. Two variants are explored: (1) a premeditated grab of the .380 handgun once Megan began her second exit (dismount), leveraging the distraction for targeted escalation; or (2) a booze-hazed opportunistic impulse during her own exit attempt to continue the argument, impulsively deciding to "end it on her terms" via low-aim shots at Megan's feet. This scenario aligns with GSR traces on Kelsey's hands, the semi-automatic's mechanics, and 2025 affidavits from Jaquan Smith and Bradley James, suggesting Tory Lanez's intervention was reactive disarmament, not aggression. As of September 29, 2025, Tory's direct appeal remains pending following August oral arguments, with recent filings focused on a protective order in Megan's defamation suit against blogger Milagro Cooper.

If granted a retrial, this reconstruction could introduce reasonable doubt via evidentiary hearings on the affidavits, previously denied as untimely in habeas proceedings.
The incident stemmed from a post-party altercation in a Cadillac Escalade after a July 11, 2020, pool gathering at Kylie Jenner's Hollywood Hills home. Occupants included Tory Lanez (front passenger, intoxicated), driver Jaquan Smith (sober security), Megan Thee Stallion (back left, behind Smith), and Kelsey Harris (back right, behind Tory; Megan's then-assistant and close friend). Tensions ignited when Tory, drunk and boastful, revealed he'd slept with both women—exposing a hidden hookup that shattered Kelsey's "day one" trust in Megan, her best friend since Houston days.
Key Factors:

1. Megan testified to "going off" verbally in shock, while Kelsey slapped Tory once in apparent solidarity—positioning her as the initial physical aggressor.

2. Alcohol (heavy consumption by all except Smith) amplified paranoia and impulsivity, with BAC levels indicating impaired judgment for Tory and Kelsey (Megan moderate).

3. The loose .380 semi-automatic handgun (Tory's possession, per conviction) lay on the right-front floorboard, overlooked amid the verbal spat—its presence unaccounted for until shots.

Forensic Alignment: Five casings match semi-auto burst (three clustered low at feet, two scattered upward per ballistics)—intentional dump derailed by wrestle, not continuous Tory volley.

I have a feeling that LAPD may be awaiting full analysis of Celeste's cause of death and potential physical crime scene before confirmation filing maximum charges and warrant simultaneously. They're waiting for him to slip up in the meantime and he's already failed by evidence tampering with online logs via discord and reddit and already relocated residency once.

I hope this is the cause of their silence so far at least, it may even be determined a cross-state crime if the Texas evidence correlates.
I think this is especially likely due to the Lawyer he hired after her death.

Here are things that Celeste would share in October 2022 in d4vd's discord server. It is likely that Celeste met d4vd on Fortnite in 2021 or through being a fan of his Fortnite content. In this coverage I would still like to remind people that DjAkademiks is a freak himself and talks to kids inappropriately over Fortnite.Image

In the sun-drenched fields of Ventura County, California, where the promise of legal cannabis was meant to bloom into economic opportunity, a darker reality festered.

On July 10, 2025, federal agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), backed by the National Guard, stormed two cultivation sites operated by Glass House Brands Inc.—a publicly traded behemoth in the $5 billion-plus California cannabis industry.

What they uncovered wasn't just immigration violations: it was a harrowing tableau of child labor, hazardous conditions, and predators lurking among vulnerable minors.

Yet, two months later, Glass House remains unscathed, its licenses intact and operations humming along, this exposé lays bare the facts, the failures, and the urgent demand for accountability: Strip Glass House of every license and launch a full criminal probe into how this company allowed—perhaps even enabled—a pipeline of exploitation.
The operation was swift and chaotic. Federal warrants targeted "evidence of possible immigration violations under Title 8 of the United States Code," but the scale was staggering: 319 to 361 undocumented immigrants detained or arrested in what became one of the largest single-state ICE worksite enforcement actions in history.

Among them: convicted felons, including violent offenders charged with kidnapping, rape, and—most alarmingly—child molestation.

One detainee was described by DHS officials as a "proven child kidnapper and molester," a registered sex offender whose presence alone should have triggered alarms in any workplace, let alone one employing children.

But the true horror? The rescue of 14 minors, the youngest just 14 years old, toiling in the fields. At least 10 were unaccompanied—children smuggled across the border, isolated without guardians, funneled into backbreaking labor to repay debts to traffickers.

These weren't errant teens sneaking summer jobs; they were victims of forced labor, exposed to pesticides, heavy machinery, and grueling hours in a sector notorious for its dangers.

The raid turned violent: Protesters hurled rocks and asphalt, shots rang out (prompting a $50,000 FBI bounty), and one adult worker died after falling from a building amid the tear gas and smoke.

California leaders like Governor Gavin Newsom decried it as "state violence," posting videos of fleeing children—but conveniently omitting the exploitation that put them there in the first place.

Glass House, a licensed operator with deep ties to Democratic donors, was no bystander.

The farms in question—Glass House Farms and related entities—held valid cultivation permits from the state's Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Yet, a May 2025 child labor complaint against the company had already raised red flags; a DCC site visit that month inexplicably reported no minors present. By July, the fields told a different story.
California's cannabis industry prides itself on regulation, but Glass House's operations shredded those safeguards.

Under the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA), no one under 21 can handle cannabis plants, products, or related activities in licensed facilities—full stop.
This includes cultivation roles like trimming, planting, or exposure to the fields.

Federal law echoes this via the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), barring under-16s from most agriculture and under-18s from hazards like chemicals or equipment.

Cannabis farming? It qualifies on all counts: organophosphates that cause neurological damage, sharp tools risking lacerations, and isolation amplifying abuse risks.

For these minors—many unaccompanied migrants—the vulnerabilities were compounded.

Undocumented status handed employers (or contractors) deportation threats as leverage, a classic trafficking tactic under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA). Working alongside convicted child molesters? That's not oversight; it's endangerment.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem called it "potential forced labor, exploitation, and human trafficking," with at least eight minors now treated as confirmed victims.

Cartel ties? Whispers persist, with some X users labeling Glass House a "front for fentanyl, human trafficking, and foreign money laundering." Even if unproven, the proximity of MS-13 affiliates among detainees screams systemic failure.

This wasn't isolated, California's cannabis black market thrives on such shadows. Glass House—publicly traded on the Canadian Securities Exchange (GLASF) operated legally, renewing 25 licenses (15 in Ventura County) as late as March 2025, despite an expired labor peace agreement that should have halted approvals.
