Introducing Private Multisig -- a special multisig where no one sees who votes or how votes on proposals. The ballots are encrypted, and the whole voting process is non-interactive. Achieved via ZKP + ECC ElGamal + DKG + HE. Trustless and permissionless. No TEE needed.
Guys, I need your help here. As you can see, for Private Multisig to work, every participant needs to vote. This creates a huge scalability limitation that needs to be solved. We just couldn't find a good threshold encryption scheme that is both non-interactive (though there can be a "registration" step) and trustless (without a trusted back end). If you have any ideas/suggestions where to dig, I will appreciate it so much!
