DEI was never about RACE.

In order to understand DEI, we MUST understand WHY it was *created* and I feel like we're not quite there yet.

I've spent over four years infiltrating and exposing the far left. First thing we must ask for best distillation is, "What was the goal, the purpose?"

I'll break it down in this 🧵

DEI, as a singular thing, is what we refer to as "the vehicle."

But the vehicle is comprised of 3 parts. Think of it like this:

📍Equity: The destination, the goal.
📍DEI: The whole of the vehicle to reach the goal
📍Diversity + Inclusion: the gas that makes the vehicle go.

But what does THAT mean?

Note: this is not my opinion nor am I opining. This is an ACCURATE breakdown of what "DEI" is, its purpose, how it functions and how to properly address it for the sole purpose of neutralizing the threat.

DEI was ideologically manufactured using weaponized drivers. Let's start with...

📍EQUITY: A Marxist wealth redistribution framework that is rooted in the soil of "for all" vs. effort/hard work aka merit, as @nicholasmcraig points out in the ep.

The word is often used interchangeably with "justice." Hence why we rarely see the phrase "equity justice" or "justice equity" but we HAVE seen racial equity/racial justice and gender equity/gender justice. Remember, Marxists EXCEL in linguistic framing.

(NOTE: If you see "for all," you are dealing with a Socialist/Marxist etc. EQUITY for all. JUSTICE for all. New Hanover For All. Medicaid for all. Healthcare for all. Housing for all...)

Early on, it was "EDI" but around 2022, it shifted to "DEI" because leading with "diversity" created a better inroad for ideological capture. The change was quiet, imperceptible if not paying attention. They just DID it and everyone followed suit.

EQUITY ("transformative economy" aka wealth redistribution) is the goal.

But they couldn't exactly say, "Hey! We're trying to dismantle Capitalism!" because within America's 2-party system, Capitalism is still boss. Or was...until the DSA arrived. To INCLUDE right here in NHC.

So, while busy infiltrating and taking over the party (like the DSA, for example), they (the "authors" of this color revolution in which we currently find ourselves) manufactured a VEHICLE for implementation and they did it across ALL SECTORS.

Easy to do when you have institutional power.

DIVERSITY + INCLUSION: The Weaponized Drivers (within the DEI vehicle framework).

📍Diversity + Inclusion are the weaponized drivers that function as the GAS that makes the car go.

• The car: DEI on the whole, as a singular thing. The VEHICLE of implementation. Go where? The destination.

• The destination: Equity, ie wealth redistribution. Outcomes vs Merit-based process. Handouts vs hard work. Higher taxes. More non-profits. Wrap-around services. Enhancements. NGO-complex funding grabs.

Diversity + Inclusion were manufactured to create targets for polarized leverage. Marginalized groups. The have-nots. The forgotten. The tired. The poor. The misfits. The overlooked and underserved.

📍RACE + GENDER: positioned as the two main weaponized drivers

📍How did they do it?

• RACE: Critical Race Theory
• GENDER: Gender Ideology

(But also, immigrants, fat people, disabled people, neurodivergent people and YES, I have watched entire seminars on Critical Fat Theory.)

CRT + Gender Ideology were strategically woven into the education curriculum (enter SEL) because the prime target was the education system. Teachers Union is run by hard left Socialists.

I have watched over 2500 hrs of primary source evidence content via infiltration. They spelled it out.
We have the receipts. All of them.

DEI was created to SHIFT us OUT of Capitalism and IN to Socialism...

FOR ALL. FOR ALL. FOR ALL. SAY IT!

Now, this is where we have to discipline ourselves. DEI does NOT "go away" until EVERYONE understands ALL of this.

Hear me: DEI was NEVER about race but they did a VERY GOOD JOB creating that widespread optic because race, in America, is a *powerfully* emotional touch point historically. Hence why we say WEAPONIZED driver. Weaponized empathy. Social engineering on full display.

Critical Race Theory is rooted in the idea that Capitalism was CREATED by chattel slavery. So, when THEY say white, whiteness, white privilege? They are ACTUALLY saying Capitalist, Capitalism, beneficiary of Capitalism.

Moving forward, try this: when you see the left talking about white this and white that, replace white with Capitalist. Same with racist/racism. Swap those out with Capitalist/Capitalism.

Systemic racism? Code-speak for the SYSTEM of Capitalism, both cultural and economic. Literally nothing to do with skin color but they do NOT want you to know that.

This is so very important to understand.

GENDER IDEOLOGY: What is it? Where did it come from? Why did they push this on our children and society?

We must discipline ourselves here too.

Again, if serious about neutralizing the threat (vs performative pearl-clutching shellacked in moral authority), we must work hard to understand the big picture. It's not up for debate. Everything I am sharing comes FROM THEM, the people DOING it. The people BEHIND it.

📍Gender Ideology comes from Queer Theory which is rooted in Marxism. Most often referred to as "Queer Marxism" but sometimes "Transgender Marxism."

Gender Ideology is NOT a "label."

It is a FRAMEWORK and, like CRT, the goal is the dismantling of Capitalism.

Queer Marxists believe that the gender binary functions as a pillar of Capitalism. They believe that the eradication of the gender binary will disrupt the nuclear family, a mainframe within the SYSTEM, to include both cultural and economic, of the Capitalist framework. In New Hanover County, the LGBTQ of the Lower Cape Fear has hosted events for "queer youth," marketed as "come meet your chosen family."

Drag queens were brought in to show kids that "gender is performative." And people ate it up.

Also, in 2019, the UN changed gender to "gender identity."

In 2023, New Hanover County's DEI maven Linda Thompson hosted THIS (see link) with two "non-binary they/thems," both biological females. One worked for CPS (your tax dollars), the other worked for LINC (your tax dollars or the endowment). Watch it in full. #LINCAllyshipProgram

We LITERALLY funded Queer Marxism. WE as in me AND you.
The CPS worker alluded that we must change language as society changes when discussing "safe spaces." In Gender Ideology land, a home is considered an unsafe space if parents do not affirm. In Red Montana, the Kolstad family's child was removed from the home by CPS for not "affirming."

When I sounded the alarm, I was ignored.

Note: ALLYSHIP is how they were able to create "stakeholders" to amplify and push the ideas. This is why we see so many Caucasian, biologically female, women in New Hanover County squawking all over town + fb like foot soldiers for the local left. They are known as ALLIES + have "pronouns in the bio" even though married with husbands and kids. All by design. Social Capital. #SocialEngineering

NHCS Board member Tim Merrick pushed allyship on the district using encoded language: "Our c!s-gendered white male students need to learn all of this too. I sure wish our legislators had." This is Queer Marxist code-speak for "heteronormative (straight) Capitalists." He singled out the district's straight, Caucasian kids with a virtue signal to push allyship. An elected official. Let that sink in.

So, to recap, DEI is an institution-wide framework that seeks to subvert the dominant paradigm of Capitalism using weaponized drivers with a focus on race and gender. But that "focus" is framed and presented through a lens of distortion.

Race is weaponized as a driver with the core tenants of Critical Race Theory.

Gender is weaponized as a driver with the core tenants of Queer Theory positioned as Gender Ideology.

Both CRT + Gender Ideology are what those of us deeply entrenched out here in destroy-the-far-left-land refer to as gain-of-function distillations of the Frankfurt School Marxists' original Critical Theory.

DEI WAS BUILT AROUND THAT.

Redefine your understanding based on what THEY mean when THEY say it because we've been getting it wrong the entire time.

And they LOVE it when we get it wrong. It helps them when we over-focus based on an honest misunderstanding that THEY already factored in. Hence why they have not stopped.

And don't forget to VOTE! Did I mention that the DSA has co-opted the Dem party? Yep. Socialists.

Not "Democrats." Probably a good idea to get our heads around THAT reality too.
