I was not impressed with how @PortlandPolice handled this.

The officer tells the victim to "stop yelling" after she tells him a man just assaulted her.

Blood is visible on her lip.

Shouldn't police first ask the assault victim if she needs medical attention, and immediately detain the assaulter (in case he tries to run)?

Apparently the assault victim's elevated voice is the immediate primary concern for police 🫠

The way the Portland Police speak to Stacey throughout this video screams "we really don't want to help you" in my opinion.

It's another gaslighting article from the @Oregonian about gender ideology!

Today's topic is Oregon Republicans' efforts to enact state laws that would reinforce Title IX federal level regulations (protection of women & girls' single sex sports & spaces).

1) Throughout the article, the author refers to BOYS as "transgender girls".

That's a lie, because sex is immutable, so a boy will NEVER be a girl, no matter how he alters his body.

Right out of the gate, this author shows us she is a liar.

The Oregonian has a habit of lying on this issue!

"Several Republicans brought female athletes to the House chamber Thursday. During the daily opportunity for House members to introduce guests, they heralded the girls’ accomplishments while making a point that they shouldn’t have to compete against athletes assigned male at birth."

There is no such thing as "assigned male at birth" - stop trying to confuse the public in an effort to garner support for this insane ideology!

Sex is binary & immutable, @Oregonian!

Yes they did.

Why didn't any Democrats applaud these teen girls?

These girls have worked hard to achieve excellence in their sports, have demonstrated enormous courage by taking a stand for women & girls' single sex sports & spaces in a state that is hostile to anyone who acknowledges sex is binary & immutable, and care enough about women & girls' rights to travel to spend their morning in our Capitol.

Today I went to my state Capitol to witness @Real_EdDiehl and other members of the Oregon House of Representatives vote on HB 2037, and to hear Republican Representatives honor the young Oregon female athletes who have been harmed by allowing males in female sports & spaces.

I was told I couldn't wear my @theposieparker of @StandingforXX sweatshirt because it says: Woman = Adult Human FemaleImage
Initially, I was wearing my Save Title IX shirt (photos from a different day), but I was told that was unacceptable.

I pointed out that Title IX is a federal law.

I was told that didn't matter. Image

🧵I have so much to say about this absolutely garbage article that some misogynist man wrote in defense of a boy competing against girls in Oregon high school track.

First point:

She had been dealing with pain since the beginning of the season, and her coaches decided to shut her down for the rest of the meet.

The weeks since have been full of physical therapy and chiropractor visits, with Ada remaining hopeful that she could get back on the track."

Yes, that pain and special medical care Ada needs is probably because of this:

"Once she turned 16 last fall, she started hormone therapy...

Each week, [Ada's mom] administers an injection. In recent months, Ada has seen her body change."
Third point:

"But at some point, likely before next school year, she and her mother, Carolyn, will move to British Columbia. Carolyn was raised in Toronto and holds dual citizenship. They believe it will be safer for a transgender teenager in Canada."

My Canadian friends, it sounds like your country is now seen as even more accepting of gender ideology (the absurd notion that sex is a spectrum rather than binary, and can be changed) than Oregon. I truly never thought anywhere would surpass Oregon in that regard, but it seems to be happening. I'm so sorry, sincerely.

We need to get Posie to Canada ASAP.

A lot of the young women today who are entirely avoiding relationships with men saw their dad's porn when they were little girls and it forever changed their view of men as a class, but most people aren't ready to have that conversation.
When a little girl learns that the man she admires & trusts most in the world actually prefers women who look & act like the women Playboy (or in today's world, the women doing extreme anal gang bang on Pornhub) to their mom, who looks & acts nothing like those women, it's a total game changer.
The Catholic man who had his kids go to Catholic school & church and taught them to never lie (9th commandment) secretly preferred the women in the pornography magazines over his loving, hard working, faithful Catholic wife & mother of his children.

It's long past time we have a public conversation about the impacts of that on little girls.
