SitRep - 23/10/25 - Zelensky arrived in Brussels

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Zelensky arrived in Brussels where he met a lot of European leaders. Meanwhile, another Russian refinery and military plant were attacked.

At night, drones were shot down.
Magyar confirmed damage after a recent attack on the Saransk Mechanical Plant
A Russian 'mechanized' assault was repelled.
In Kopeysk, a military plant was attacked.
The oil refinery in Ryazan was also attacked.
Analysis confirms the AVT-2 was destroyed/damaged.
Death toll in Kopeysk:
The General Staff confirmed strikes
A HUR operation eliminated three paratroopers
Russian equipment destroyed in the Siversk direction
Analysis of the attack in Kopeysk. One of the ammunition workshops was destroyed
