#Claim 1: “India is as evil as Israel / Kashmir is occupied like Palestine/Gaza”

#Fact: Kashmir is not occupied territory. It is legally and constitutionally part of Union of India, ratified by the Instrument of Accession (1947). (4/n)

Unlike Gaza/Palestine, Kashmiris vote, hold office; join army, police, judiciary, bureaucracy. Kashmiri Muslims have served as #HomeMinisters of India, Chief Ministers, Supreme Court judges, diplomats, military commanders etc.
