an elizaOS x402 MCP gateway built 3 weeks ago that aggregates multiple MCP servers to provide complete x402 payment support

not live yet it features:
- API key auth + tiered pricing
- real 402 payment challenges (HTTP/SSE)
- verified facilitator settlement via x402.org
- auto downstream payments w/ x402-axios
- paywall existing servers
this will sit at the heart of the (yet to be released) Eliza Cloud as a comprehensive tool for elizaOS agents to be able to perform x402 payments
