To #plebiscite with the 2019 Constitution of Cuba will result in a fake change to freedom. To vote yes or no with the communist party above the law, as stated in Art. 4 & 5 of the communist Constitution, is a heinous project, as @CUBADECIDE proposes to Washington and Cuban exile.
@RogerJStoneJr @CUBADECIDE The Cuban opposition works to keep the Communist Party untouchable and above the law. If a fake regime change takes place with Rubio as Secretary of State, you must know that the infiltration of double agents like Ivette Garcia will not stop until America falls.
