Many people around the world, including Japanese people, are unaware of this, but Japan’s supreme law is not the Constitution of Japan.
Japan’s supreme law is the San Francisco Peace Treaty, which was signed under duress aboard the USS Missouri.
The San Francisco Peace Treaty is a treaty concluded between the Allied Powers and Japan on September 8, 1951, following World War II. On the surface, it is said to have ended the approximately seven-year occupation by GHQ, allowing Japan to regain independence as a sovereign nation. However, in reality, it was a treaty that ensured the U.S. military (DS) would continue to dominate Japan even after GHQ’s withdrawal.
As a result, all of Japan’s politics up to now have been decided by the U.S. military (DS).
And the entity that decides this is the Japan-U.S. Joint Committee.
In fact, former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama testified: “Until I became prime minister, I thought all laws were decided in the Diet. But when I actually became prime minister, I was shocked to find that everything was decided at the Japan-U.S. Joint Committee at the New Sanno Hotel.”
Trump is the first American president to promise to abolish that Japan-U.S. Joint Committee. For Japanese people who know the truth, Trump is like a god. He is working hard to liberate Japan from the DS.

By the way, the New Sanno Hotel is located right in the heart of Tokyo, yet Japanese citizens and private U.S. civilians are generally prohibited from staying there.

The reason is that it serves as a welfare and recreation facility (MWR) for U.S. military personnel.

As a result, access is restricted to "ID card holders under the SOFA (Japan-U.S. Status of Forces Agreement) and their invited guests only," and entry is not permitted without prior invitation.

Within this black box, the top U.S. military officials in Japan and Japan's vice-ministers from central government ministries decide everything about Japan. This is the Japan-U.S. Joint Committee.

In other words, Japan's Diet (parliament) is merely a formal ratification body, and politicians are nothing more than spokespeople who announce predetermined decisions.

This is due to my insufficient explanation, but since some people are overreacting to the notation “U.S. military (DS),” I’ll add an explanation.
As a matter of fact, the U.S. military at that time was completely under the control of the DS.
If the U.S. military had been an organization under the White Hats, it wouldn’t have started so many wars around the world.
However, the decision-making authority lay at the very top of the U.S. military’s pyramid, and most American soldiers were heroes who fought for justice.
And the same goes for the Japanese military.
They carried out kamikaze attacks solely to protect the nation of Japan and their own families.
As an aside, the mother of a soldier selected for a kamikaze unit gave her son onigiri (rice balls) as his final meal before he set off on the mission. But the soldier, not wanting to associate the war with his mother, didn’t eat the onigiri. While flying over Japan’s territorial waters, he thought of his mother and threw the onigiri out of the cockpit, then crashed into an American warship carrying only bombs.
Even after being dominated by the GHQ, ordinary American soldiers distributed chocolate to Japanese children. That’s why Japanese children at that time only remembered the English phrase “Give me chocolate.”
In other words, what I’m trying to say is that both the Japanese people—who were hit with nuclear weapons and lost the war—and the Americans, who are labeled as the perpetrators, were both victims.
This is a very distorted structure that applies to all organizations.
Pharmaceutical companies, MSM, GAFA, McDonald’s, militaries in various countries—most of them are made up of good-hearted people. The evil lies with the people at the very top, and furthermore, even those at the top are victims being manipulated through mind control or hacking.
In short, almost all of humanity on Earth are victims.
The wake-up call for that was 9/11.
That event was the trigger for some people in the U.S. military to notice this distorted structure, leading to an internal coup.
That’s precisely why, triggered by that event, various international terrorists were born.
After 9/11, people like Bush—since the military wouldn’t obey them—created a powerful private army. It started as Blackwater, then changed to Academi, Xe, and keeps changing names, but now they’re using the name ISIS.
They are people who were lured with enormous funds, being told, “We’ll pay better than the U.S. military, so why not join our organization?”
Every single human being is a victim.
But after a long period of time, humanity’s counterattack has begun.
And its leader is undoubtedly President Trump.
That’s why I love and respect him from the bottom of my heart.
This war cannot be discussed within the small framework of nations.

A misleading Community Note has been attached, so let me explain in greater detail.

As a condition for restoring Japan’s independence, the Allied Powers obligated Japan to accept the judgments of the Tokyo Trials as “final and irreversible” (San Francisco Peace Treaty, Article 11).
This fixed the official narrative crafted by the Allies (especially the United States) that “Japan was an aggressor nation, its military clique was evil, and the Emperor bore no responsibility,” forcing Japan into the permanent position of denying its own history.
As a result, the Japanese military was dismantled, and Article 9 of the Constitution legally stripped Japan of any means of self-defense.
Simultaneously with the peace treaty, the Japan-U.S. Security Treaty was concluded, imposing on Japan the obligation to provide bases to U.S. forces under the pretext that “Japan itself requested their stationing.”
This concealed the de facto U.S. military domination behind the name of an “alliance.”
In short, while proclaiming “independence,” the Allies merely changed the form of their continued domination over Japan.
