So called and requested a Nurse Case Mgr was supposed to get a call back. Nope. Nothing. This is every single fucking day. Every appt or procedure will require a precauthorization. Then there the fact I canceled the ACA. 3

If you don't affirm cancelation you get a IRS lean for the monthly subsidy.Called back. Nope wrong date. That went to case Mgr. Checked the site. Nope. Called again. Corrected. Check site. Nothing. So I need to call again 4

So went online to renew car registration. Nope must come in person. Called and was told no you can't make an appointment. Deep dig and found etag and paid for
2 yr renewal. Recalled the state,
turns out it's a system glitch no in person was needed. 5

Stress causes not only tumors to grow, but metastasis. So I won't go Karen on this crap. I have been operating on little sleep due to the required calls and obvious pia. Music, trolling, advocating, etc is distraction. 6
