BREAKING: After the Ingram Family and the Family Trust announced plans to halt longtime TPUSA donations until Charlie Kirk's ordered DOGE Audit of the organization (and sub organizations) finances and culture change moves forward and allegations of corruption in leadership and about Charlie Kirk's assassination are addressed; DOZENS of other donors came forward saying they have the same concerns and are also halting their donations. (see comments and thread). This was met with immediate harassment by Turning Point shills, similar to the recent Halloween scandal where TPUSA Spokesman Andrew Kolvet spread lies about Tucson teachers costumes and later walked back the propaganda after teachers were doxxed, threatened, and talk of defamation lawsuits against TPUSA began to spread. This follows Kolvet's "Man of Steel Bones" scandal and corruption allegations surrounding TPUSA Tyler Bowyer including evidence of sexual assault coverup, embezzlement, and bribery.Image

Think for just a moment how it is completely to Erika Kirk and TPUSA's benefit to claim she had Charlie Kirk's phone before he died and he didn't message anyone he was going to be killed as has been claimed. It would be so easy for her to lie and gaslight everyone with no evidence whatsoever other than "trust me bro". It is time for some cell phone employee patriot, attorney, or investigator to obtain all these cell phone records and release them. While you are at it, do the same to Mikey McCoy's call logs.
Here are the receipts she’s praying you never see:

🔘Harrison Smith (Infowars) – went public: Charlie told him days before he feared Israel would be taken out.

🔘Andrew Kolvet (TPUSA insider) – confirmed Charlie’s texts about threats.

🔘Frank Turek – went on record: The day before the event Charlie told him directly “they’re going to take me out.”

🔘Frank also read the email Charlie sent him weeks prior saying the exact same thing.

🔘Candace Owens showed the actual texts on her phone – Charlie saying his life was in danger.

🔘Multiple other witnesses (still off-record for safety) have told the same story privately.

BREAKING: Turning Point Action Finally Responds to Allegations of Sexual Assault by Matthew Martinez and Cover-up by COO Tyler Bowyer Through Their Attorney Frank Carni in Typical Hostile and Inaccurate Manner:

Today, I received an inaccurate and threatening Demand letter from Turning Point Action General Counsel Frank Carni in response to my article. You can see his letter attached as images and my public response below. I have also updated the original article to add several quotes from Mr. Carni:

Mr. Frank Carni,

You may want to change your title from “General Counsel” to something more appropriate to your complete lack of knowledge of the Arizona Constitution, the First Amendment to US Constitution, Freedom of Speech, and Freedom of the Press.

As you can clearly see publicly in the comments of the article you yourself reference; not only did I make an attempt to contact Mr. Bowyer, the COO of Turning Point Action, but also Mr. Martinez, and Mrs. Lacey Nagao, Turning Point Action Chase the Vote Direct, and indeed Mr. Charlie Kirk, TPUSA Founder and CEO.

Perhaps Mr. Bowyer blocking me on X has something to do with him missing that attempt.

I appreciate you begrudgingly accepting me as an Independent Journalist and your offer to set up a recorded interview with the above listed employees including additional facts you may wish to provide along with corroborating evidence.

At that point I will be happy to further update the article and as always provide any needed retraction when EVIDENCE has been provided refuting any of the alleged claims which I reported on. Please share these additional omitted details of the investigation you mention along with corroborating evidence.

Again, I will point out that you are completely incorrect regarding taking steps towards objectivity as cited above. I believe the evidence indicates very clearly that Mr. Bowyer was heavily and inappropriately involved in the HR investigation.

Please explain why both parties in the police report specifically mentioned “sexual assault” but in a letter from Turning Point Action Counsel Veronica Peterson dated August 9th, 2024, the term was downgraded to “harassment”?

I noticed you stated you were not going to provide any additional details and then proceed to with a timeline. I am happy to add this comment and details to the article. Regarding one final point you made: Is it proper protocol for the COO to insert himself into a HR investigation of sexual assault? Please clarify the friendship between Mr. Bowyer and Mr. Martinez which further makes it wildly inappropriate.

I would be happy to confirm that no relatives or related organizations made donations to Turning Point Action or their related entities so please do make sure to provide that list of donors.

Comments on actions by Turning Point Action: "It is strange why Bowyer would personally intervene like that. Anyone in private industry would be immediately fired for doing what Tyler did PARTICULARLY if they were a C level officer. C levels know better than to do that.

Martinez should have immediately been placed on leave pending the outcome of an investigation."
