2/10 As every year, I participated in the annual @EJAssociation ‘s Holocaust Remembrance seminar and visit to the Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps with a delegation of largely non-Jewish persons of influence in a myriad of spheres- politics, media, law enforcement, education and more. @RawaneOsmane

3/10 I had the distinct honour of interviewing philanthropist Hurley Lippman as well as a child survivor, my dear Baroness Regina Sluzky and a child of Holocaust survivors, Barbara Sherman Greenspan, whose relentless dedication to education and remembrance touched all of our hearts. @EJAssociation

@EJAssociation 4/10 Former UK Prime Minister @BorisJohnson reiterated that words no longer suffice but that each one of us has the responsibility to “call out” hatred in general and antisemitism in particular. @EJAssociation

@EJAssociation @BorisJohnson 5/10 In an excellent panel of Middle East experts, which included Syrian Rawan Osman, Emirati Amjad Taha and Saudi Luay AlSharif- all three spoke of how Moslem Brotherhood indoctrination worldwide serves to exacerbate the hatred and antisemitism in Europe. @RawaneOsmane @amjadt25

7/10 Perhaps the world has grown apathetic to the ongoing suffering of others. Perhaps this apathy was there all along. Not by all, but amidst a large enough portion of the world’s population to make antisemitism, atrocities, hatred and discrimination continue unhindered.@EJAssociation

8/10 After all, the Druze continue to be massacred by Al Joulani’s men in Southern Syria…7000 Yezidi woman are still held in ISIS captivity…hundreds of thousands of Kurds are murdered… Alawite Muslim civilians slaughtered in Syria… a true genocide of Christians is happening uninterrupted right now in Sudan…and the world continues, untouched and/or unwilling to care enough to stop it.@EJAssociation
