a lot of people never make it with yt just because they don't know what they don't know

so here are 10 mistakes you should avoid when starting a faceless channel, that you may not know:
mistake #1: using a completely fresh channel

a lot of people miss this, but if you create a new channel using a fresh google account, youtube will likely shadow-ban you

cuz they think you're a bot trying to spam the platform

Instead just use an old channel you have, or make sure you’re using a trusted google account when creating your channel, then warm it up
mistake #2: going too niched

this one is common sense, yet a lot of people do it

if you wanna get the most views for your channels

avoid going too niched

make your titles broader yet still on topic
mistake #3: checking the made-for-kids setting

this puts your videos on restricted youtube for kids

which has way less traffic than regular youtube

so when you tick that box thinking you're doing the right thing, you're just killing your reach

unless it's actually for kids, don't check it
mistake #4: obsessing over subscriber count

subscribers don't mean anything if they're not watching

I've seen channels with 20K subs make $100K/month and channels with 200K subs make $2K/month

views and watch time = money

subscriber count = ego

focus on what actually pays your bills
mistake #5: not using playlists

you got someone to click on your video

cool

now make them watch 5 more

playlists auto-play your content and keep people watching

more watch time = more money

yet most people skip this thinking it doesn't matter

it does
mistake #6: ignoring cards & end screens

don't skip these out of laziness or because you think they don't matter

they could drive more reach to your other content

that's free traffic you're just leaving on the table
mistake #7: thinking expensive editing = success

I've seen channels with just ok editing make way more money than ones that were super polished

yes it's good to have decent editing

but things like your topic, niche, script matter way more
mistake #8: not hiring editors and VAs

you're out here doing everything yourself

editing, finding footage, uploading, scheduling

channels making $40K+ per month hire an editor and a VA and they're done

the VA handles the editing, uploads, literally everything

that's how you scale
mistake #9: getting lazy after one banger

I don't understand why you'd wanna relax after just ONE banger

you literally just cracked the code and have some good momentum going on

so now you gotta capitalize on it and make sure the momentum doesn't die

cuz it dies fast if you don't take advantage of it
mistake #10: picking a niche based on what YOU like

you choose a niche cuz you're passionate about it

without checking if anyone actually wants to watch that content

then you waste 3 months posting videos that get 10 views

99.9% of beginners fail at niche selection alone
I’ve recently uploaded a video that shows you how to pick a niche

If you wanna watch it and learn how to do it

DM me the word NICHE, and I’mma send it to you

I started my biggest faceless channel “howtoai” while working in a supermarket.

On top of that, I was studying full-time.

2 years later, I’ve built a $2,000,000+ YouTube business.

Here’s how I did it at 19 years old 🧵 Image
Image
Back in 2023, AI was starting to get attention.

Considering ChatGPT’s hype, there had to be demand for learning how to use it.

So I did something completely outside of my comfort zone,

I took the risk and started howtoai without knowing anything about YouTube, or AI. Image
Turns out, that was the best decision I’ve ever made.

But, I didn’t know that yet.

I wasn’t making any money even though I posted videos consistently.

Truth is that,

• All my videos flopped
• Budget was running low

I was losing hope. Image

used to outsource all of my youtube video scripts to an overseas writer

made $0 for 3 months (lost $1000s in editing costs)

started writing them myself in Oct 2023 and then this happened:

Oct: +$3000
Nov: +$4000
Dec:+ $4500
Jan: +$6000

here’s how i write scripts that make $2,000+ per video 🧵Image
since I mastered youtube scripts:

I’ve made $80K+ just from adsense on one 1 channel

I’ve made $1M+ from that channel’s traffic on other ventures

here’s my youtube script blueprint in full:
1) build a list of your competitor’s most viral videos

focus on the videos that went SUPER viral (100K+ views)

all we care about is views, virality, and numbers at this stage

Build a list of 20-30 viral outliers minimum

This channel has paid me $400K in 12 months.

The crazy part? it’s only got 120K subscribers & averages 30K views per video.

I can monetize my audiences better than 99% of other YouTubers.

Here’s the blueprint I follow to turn my channels into cash machines: Image
This blueprint has allowed me to:

- Scale an eCom store to $41K/mo.
- Scale an affiliate offer to $15K/mo.
- Make $59K in side projects this year
- Make $23K in AdSense this year

All from one YouTube channel.

Here’s the blueprint (nothing held back):
#1 - Start a YouTube channel in a profitable niche.

Profitable = Small creators in the niche who have 10+ videos with 100K+ views each.

To find one, you have 2 options:

1. Manual niche research.

2. Use NextLev by @noahmorriz
to find a profitable niche for you.
