@kinjeketile His diagnosis is off anyway. Seedling distribution for tea was as intense as for coffee. Coffee was lucky there was an authority to regulate quality. Coffee also had trusted players like Buganda Kingdom and some cooperatives to offer guidance and find market in some instances
