Al-Falah University : From a Tihar fraudster to a terror hideout :

1/ Jawad Ahmad Siddiqui the founder of this University sat in Tihar 3+ years for a ₹7.5 Cr scam (FIR 43/2000). Ran fake investment traps under “Al-Falah Group,” every rupee landing in HIS account. He had 9 shell companies everywhere. And somehow he starts a university? Those companies need to be torn open.

2/ NAAC just slammed them and accreditation GONE. Told to delete fake claims from the website. Already in the Red Fort blast crosshairs. And get this in 2014, Congress-Hooda govt hands over 70 acres prime land (just 30 km from Delhi) FOR FREE. Our money, gifted to a conman.

3/ Now the scary part is 4 doctors from Al-Falah Hospital on NIA radar.
• Umar Nabi - the Delhi blast guy. Killed a patient, got fired for negligence from his previous and most surprisingly got hired in Al Falah, haven't his past background checked?

• Dr Nisar-ul-Hassan, ex SMHS Srinagar prof, kicked out by J&K LG in Nov 2023 for terror links (every news channel screamed it). Al-Falah still hires him as Professor.

4/ In 2022 a Turkey trip was done by Umar + Dr Muzammil Ganaie and there they met handler “Ukasa.” Not only that Umar’s wife, a Pakistani, who worked for JeM. Definitely she was in contact with “Shaheen” the incharge of JeM lady wing! Shaheen’s brother is in the loop..yet the family says “we had no clue.” lol

5/ In that university admissions were happening to Muslims only. 50% quota locked. SC/ST/OBC? Zero seats.
Yet govt keeps pumping crores. Is this Education or safehouse?

This nonsense needs to be ended. This isn’t a university it’s a front.. and as soon as possible brutal action in a need of an hour!
