McCluskie was the chief of staff for Biden’s Health Department during the pandemic.

In 2022, a company called Sunshine Residential Homes asked the state for a rate increase under its foster home program.
Their request was denied.
Three days later… they “donated” $100,000 to Hobbs’ inauguration fund as a “Gold Sponsor.”
A few months later, their rates jumped 60%.

That increase was worth $4 million a year.
Sunshine went from a routine provider to the highest-paid contractor in the system.
And they’ve given nearly $400K to Hobbs and the Arizona Democrat Party.
It’s the kind of “coincidence” only the swamp can believe.

One of Sunshine’s foster kids, a 9-year-old diabetic boy, died last year.
The company claimed the child “refused to take his insulin.”
